I want to thank Van’s Auto for their outstanding service. In particular, the customer service representative, George, was amazing. He was attentive, kind, transparent and very friendly. He was honest and communicated thoroughly about the issues that were red flagged in my vehicles’s diagnostic. Van’s mechanics did an excellent job of fixing my vehicle’s problems and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Van’s Auto for vehicle services. They are amazing and affordable. More importantly, they are honest and transparent.

Definitely very happy with the service provided, as well as the customer service at this location! Good customer service seems to be a thing if the past anymore with businesses. I feel like businesses feel customers only look at what's offered and not how they are treated so much anymore. Not at this company! We were treated with respect through the whole contract process, from the initial phone call all the way to paying for the services/repairs and walking out the door. They were very honest, straight forward, caring and didn't treat us like they could take us for our money by over servicing our vehicle and forcing us into having unnecessary stuff done. Also, for being a repair garage, the cleanliness inside is remarkable. Very nice & comfortable waiting area... Plant of chairs, tables, a TV, vending machines and even a little kids table with some activity books and crayons. Will definitely be returning to this location for future work needing to be done on our vehicles. Don't want to forget.....they were quick to get our vehicle in and (if it weren't for it being a weekend) service done in a day/day and a half! Very very happy with this company and that we found them! 😊😁 ***Want to make sure to add (after posting this review & reading a few others), we ABSOLUTELY loved the diagnostic review link that this company sends before starting the work and the way the things are broke down in it. We were also offered a loaner vehicle since it fell on a weekend for the repairs needing to be done and a part needed ordered that wouldn't get there till Monday morning. We did wait some time after getting & driving out vehicle to make this review as we wanted it to be 💯 accurate & honest. It's been 2 to 4 weeks since we've had the services done and are extremely happy! We really could go on and on about all the things we were happy about, but this would then become a book length post. Lol!

An honest shop run by an honest guy with skillful techs. George was great about explaining issues, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and went above and beyond to not only ensure that my car was safe to drive, but also that my expectations were met and so was the value of my dollar. Watching him interact with other customers and his techs solidified for me that this was a shop I could feel comfortable bringing my car to. As a woman, that's a really big deal. IYKYK. It was clear that transparency and service were at the core of this establishment, and that's really refreshing in this day and age. I'm so glad that I came across a shop that I can trust!!

I called an hour before they closed spoke with Tony and he helped me pick the right tires for my truck. They had them delivered next morning and installed within 3-4 hours. They had a quick turnaround time which alot of people don’t have I’m am very satisfied with all of the staff at the location. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them from here on out. They also fixed the alignment On my brand new truck after the dealership I purchased the truck from said they fixed it when they didn’t. Overall 10/10 service from Van’s auto service would recommend to everyone.

Amazing experience once again! The manager of this great team here took the time to personally pick me up and bring me back himself in order to accommodate my situation. The honesty is the key here . I had just been told by another company that was close by to my situation at that moment of a bill reaching close to $1.000.00!. I took the chance to drive the car back to where I knew I could trust as always, thankfully making it and received the customer and auto service needed. Vans Parmatown is my SHOUT OUT to good people, honesty and work ethic!
