Stay AWAY from this auto service. I bought tires from walmart.com including the lifetime tire rotation and balance. I am very limited with time due to my work schedule. These guys had excuses and refused to rotate tires everytime I have had a routine oil change. The last time I left with a really loud accelerating noise. My husband checked when I got home, mt air filter housing was broken. Do yourself a favor and stay clear from this shop if you need your car to been well maintained.

Came in because my tire was flat and it needed replaced. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was initially told that they couldn’t get the lug nuts off, and they did not have a breaker bar (which I don’t understand how a TIRE shop doesn’t have a breaker bar, but whatever). The auto care center manager then proceeded to tell me (with attitude) that “there is so much rust that the lug nut got welded onto the stud”. When I tried to tell him that it isn’t a nut and stud, but instead it is a bolt, he proceeded to disregard the knowledge I had on my own vehicle. Obviously you aren’t gonna be able to get the “nut” off because it isn’t a nut (which I tried to explain). They also said if THEY broke the lug, then I (MYSELF) would have to pay for a TOW truck. I ended up calling my father to bring his breaker bar and in the parking lot we broke off the lug nuts ourselves (oh yeah, the ones they “swore couldn’t come off with their 200 lb impact”). We came back in and said how they weren’t even hard to get off and how they should’ve been able to get the lugs out, we also said that the car is ready to be pulled in. The auto care center manager had an attitude, which is completely unnecessary. I also clearly overheard the employees using beyond, extremely vulgar language from the waiting area inside the building. Overall I am very disappointed in this experience, and I will not be coming back. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

I ordered a full set of tires and scheduled the install. Brian was so wonderful helping explain the thr process and the coverage I got for my tires. He helped verify the tires were in fact the proper fit. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Brian's customer service is superior to what I've experienced at my Hyundai Dealership. Way to go Brian! My car drives so much better and I have confidence it was done properly!

The service manager yelled at me for crossing the fence and got extremely rude when I couldn't hear him as he was up in the rafters yelling through the stacks of tires. I had been asked to cross the fence a few moments earlier so they could show me the wear on my spare, so it made zero sense that he would then yell at me when I was trying to look and check my rotor thickness. I voiced this opinion and he yelled louder, as if I was a child. I'm pretty sure the kid is much younger than me and was probably not even in high school yet when I was dropping transmissions out of trans ams. I completely understand policy, but there is no need to get rude when informing a customer of your policy, and making allowances to your policy for your own purposes but enforcing them when you dont want someone watching you work seems shiffty.

The word stressfull sums up my visit to auto care. I ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment for my tires thurs morning. I called ahead Tues to confirm my appointment, I was told, yes Thursday morning. The day arrives and I get there 10mins early I'm told my tires were never delivered! Luckily the supervisor at the time was able to find some tires that would work for me. He was very helpful. End of story right? Wrong! As the tires I did order show up the next day Friday and I'm charged to my account for these too! Luckily I was able to cancel the order and my money was refunded. The 2 supervisors I talked to were calm and did all they could. But man stressfull!
