He was so polite and also explained what he was doing along the way. Wonderful customer service! I will definitely stop at this Advance Auto Parts again over other similar, local stores.

I recently purchased brake pads from the store and, unfortunately, the pads were defective. Despite that, Jared (Associate) and Adam (Store Manager) did such a great job with hearing out my issue and finding a solution for me. They definitely helped me and my family out big time. Thank you!

Ordered after market LEDs from another store to here (these where for my hi & low beams) one of the boxes where specifically labeled as fog lights, I mentioned this to the worker believe his name was chuck or started with a c. Big old grumpy guy. He basically argued with me claiming they would work for my hi beams, put them in and had non stop flickering issues and problems from just the “FOG” lights. Ended up returning these at a totally different store just to not have to deal with this worker again. Guy was flat out ignorant, being mouthy with me and other customers let alone the way he was treating his co-workers was even worse. I will NEVER shop at this location again Aslong as “chuck” is here. Not the first issue I’ve had with him and will most definitely be the last.

Always knowledgeable they have helped me through several different situations recently and their rewards program is if you use it and you work on cars and you don't have a perfect car the rewards program is ridiculously awesome and better than AutoZone's. I say this as a loyal customer of AutoZone for over 20 years and even an employee for about a year and a half. Advanced Auto has fully separated itself from other places like this in Salem Ohio and the surrounding areas everybody is very cool and at least half of the staff wrenches on their own vehicles and know what they're talking about.

Employees are very lazzy found leaning on shelves and on chairs in isles. No respect for the customers refusing to process watentys without even looking up order numbers time of pelurches or account numbers. Very disappointed especially in the skinny bug eyed kid

Helpful staff went over options with me to bleed brakes effectively but didn't pressure me to buy the highest cost tools (should have though - the cheaper option was junk). No issues picking up Internet order and core return was painless.
