This company is staffed with an Insightful Crew; They are willing to answer my questions about Car Care. I felt involved with the Oil Change Service. Their skilled friendly crew had the task completed very quickly in a clean area with a up beat attitude. I'm thankful for the extra miles they go to insure my tires are filled evenly. They checked that my windshield wipers where in good running conditions. They even looked under my Vehicle to check the condition of my Chastity. Since I'm an elder patient I'm unable to check under my Vehicle. So their willingness to diagnose my Car was Truly appreciated. I will continue to do my business in their Salem Location.

Service is always great. Extremely timely, never a wait and completed quickly. Only complaint is with fluid top offs. First cold day and window washer frozen. Would recommend better quality fluid. Had to warm car, run dry and replace. Same problem with another company vehicle that was serviced there. Only 4 for that reason only.

Guys were super friendly and helpful. Even took a look at my mufler and told me a tack weld was loose causing the noise I asked them to look at while they were under my car. They all did a super job. Did NOT try to sell me an air filter I didn't need YET either. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I was about to head to the airport to pick my mom up and I saw something hanging from underneath my truck. I went by Pittstop to see if they could see what it was and fix it. They looked at it and told me what I needed. It was a dealer only part. But they got my undercarriage back in place with a temporary fix. They were extremely helpful and friendly and I highly suggest doing business here!!!

Reasonably priced, the fellas are always so nice. Had wiper set replacement, oil change, air filter change and a engine light checked for error code. This passed visit the gentleman even gave my son a snack cake and made his day. 💗 They always go above and beyond, I will never go anywhere else for my general car services. I cant remember the gentleman's name I want to say keith but im bad with names, but he deserves 5 stars on top of the review! (Team was Keith W, Gaven T and Jarrod B)

The guys that helped me today were so kind and helpful. They even dealt with my two and three year old singing Mr. Golden Sun at them while trying to ask me my information. We even chatted about kid shows we can’t stand. Haha honestly one of the most professional and kind oil changes I’ve had in a long time. Great price too. Thank you again guys!

The workers at pitstop were very helpful. The device on my battery was not functioning properly and they were able to remove it. They explained why it was not working properly. I’ve used the service for years and have always been impressed with the level of service.

They installed the wrong oil filter on my car. The car stalled in a bad spot, but I managed to coast into the Lisbon BMV / Family Dollar lot. I wasn’t thinking like a mechanic—I was just trying to get to work and get the show back on the road. I called AAA for a tow, but when I phoned the shop to explain, the manager told me to cancel it. He’d send someone out to slap on a new filter, top off the oil, and have me drive off. I agreed, not realizing that was a risky move that could’ve caused more damage. Afterward, they pressured me to bring the car back to them for an internal inspection, a classic CYA move. Just so you know: you are not legally required to do that. You have every right to get an independent inspection. I had Stadium GM in Salem check it out, and LUCKILY little to no damage was done. The general manager refunded the oil change and said he'd reimburse the inspection (no consideration for inconvenience and danger). That was two weeks ago. District manager says he dropped the check in the mailbox with no tracking number. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. If it doesn’t arrive soon, I’ll be filing a BBB complaint and taking it to small claims. EDIT: I wouldn't take their CarFax reviews at face value, I have been trying to leave one and it seems you only can if they send you a link to do so.
