I had a great experience. I was greeted with a bottle of water. The manager explained everything that was being done in detail. Went over pricing and explained what level of oil change there was. Wasn’t pushy when I declined the a/c flush. An overall good experience and I will definitely be back on my next oil change.

Rob, Brandon and Dave were great! They took the time to check my engine filter which was incredibly dirty! They replaced that. Also, my filter that is behind the glove box was replaced. It was terrible! I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone. You won't be disappointed with the service 🙂

They changed my oil without a problem and were awesome the first time. When they changed it yesterday, they botched it and i had oil dumping everywhere when i got home. Now theyre telling me they wont honor the tow and "actually" asked me if i can drive it back...uh NO! Theres NO oil! Geniuses. The poor girl that did my oil change got fired and im still left without oil or a tow.

The 2 people that performed our service were AMAZING! They were knowledgeable, efficient and have outstanding customer service skills. The young lady who was the lead was training a young man. I am very happy with the service I received on my Ford F150. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience!! Friendly and very organized when working. The group working together are safe and very time efficient when getting work done. It’s very easy and nice to stay in your vehicle and be done in half an hour!!

I just have to say my first time going here was a great experience. The 2 young men that did the oil change were very knowledgeable, told me precisely what they were doing, showed me my oil filter. Most importantly they were very nice! I was in and on my way in no time. I will be back.

While the 3 guys working were very nice. It took almost an hour before they started on my oil change. I was there while another car was getting a transmission flush that apparently needed two guys to supervise while one did the flush. Pricing is better at other quick lube places. I stopped here to check it out since it's new and on my way home from work. I was in the middle bay, where a heating unit was blasting cold air into my truck window while I waited.

Dylan provided exceptional service. He was personable, yet professional. He was knowledgeable and explained all of the products and services in detail. The manager worked alongside him, guiding him to ensure everything was completed accurately and promptly. They are definitely a great team! I highly recommend Take 5 in Salem, Ohio, and I’ve already shared with my friends and family.

They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I am not car savvy and they are great at explaining things and how they operate. They are never pushy on products or upgrades. I will continue to visit them for future oil needs.
