Service representatives were quick and professional. I gave 5 stars based on this experience alone and not on experience as a whole. I will be giving them more opportunities in the future. I spoke with a salesmen and he informed me some changes had been made a while back in that department. I drive an hour to get to this dealership. great experience this visit.

Took my vehicle in for service and the technician was phenomenal. He was kind, professional and attentive. The five stars is for the service department and for the technician. The dealership itself probably needs some attention from management. There was employees vaping in the dealership at their desk while on the computer 15 feet away from the children's play room.
