Stephens Automotive is absolutely outstanding. It is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. I have never experienced service like this before. They do not price gouge. Their prices are affordable and the service they provide is exceptional. Jeff and his team are clearly experts and are so very kind. I will take any vehicle I ever own to them from now on. I can't say enough great things about them! Here is my personal experience from a few days ago: I was having issues with my 2017 Hyundai Sonata and had it looked at by a different auto store. The other store ran a diagnostic test that took 3 and 1/2 hours and claimed the fuel injectors were the issue. I wanted a second opinion, so I looked around and came across Stephens Automotive! (Thank goodness!) They took my car in the same evening and ran a diagnostic test that only took 1 hour! Unfortunately, the main issue turned out to be terminal. I would need an engine replacement. Despite this, I was in such good spirits. If it wasn't for Stephens Automotive, I would have paid at least $2,400.00 for an incorrect diagnosis and possibly be broken down somewhere! Jeff offered me great advice and continued to help me find a car that works best for me. He went above and beyond!!! I can't thank him and his team enough. I highly recommend utilizing the services they provide.

Was able to get my car in quick fixed the most needed things first. Was able to stick within my budget for the time being. Offered a loaner ride in the mean time. 2 days in and out. Will be return for any future repairs. And the snap finance is definitely an added bonus. Costly repairs. Made easy with 100 days same as cash. Will be returning very soon. To finish so other work.

Very nice people. I'm a transport driver. I had a breakdown on my way to deliver to them. They were more than patient and understanding. While I was there, I overheard one of their mechanics interacting with an elderly woman while I was waiting on some paperwork. He was very honest with her about what was needed and what could wait to get her vehicle safe and roadworthy. Honest, good all-around people from what I saw.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and 100k mile inspection today and as always was over the top pleased with the service received! Their communication with me was prompt and professional and I never worry that the work needed on my vehicle is not valid when recommended by Stephens Automotive. I trust their opinion and their work quality and won’t take my vehicles anywhere else! I also appreciate the ease of dropping my vehicle off and getting a loaner for the day. They clearly value their customer relationships by treating them right!!

I purchased a car from a different lot and immediately brought it to Stephens Auto for an inspection based on their reviews. Jeff was thorough with the inspection, covered all his bases and provided me with picture proof of all the issues he found. He was upfront in telling me I bought a bad car and I was better off trying to take the car back than to try and fix it. He provided a print out of issues he diagnosed and gave me some great advice on how to proceed. I will 1000% bring my next vehicle to him for a pre-purchase inspection.
