Nothing but problems with the parts department here. Had a great experience buying our truck here 1 year ago but the parts department is a joke. Had a fender fly come off my vehicle we had less than 3 months August of '23. Husband called to it fixed. Said they didn't have the part and would call us when it's in. Never received a call back but received an email telling me I missed my appt. We live almost 2 hours away, can't just drop in. Whenever you call no one answers or gives a call back. Finally get parts ordered after months of not hearing back and husband drives to pick them up and receives no greeting from about 4 different employees. Everyone sitting around blatantly ignoring paying customers. Parts guy in the back tells my husband my parts aren't under warranty before my husband even tells him what we are picking up 馃槄, like what? Everyone he encountered was very dismissive and didn't want us there. VERY disappointed in this department and does not reflect the Willis name.

Parts Dept Is a awesome group. I am a Parts Manager/Estimator for a local Body Shop. I use Hummel's (Chuck) for all my Nissan needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. if my parts are not in stock they are generally only 1-2 days out. have never had a bad experience yet so Thank you Parts Dept.
