Great price on part. Customer service was on life support. Initially I called about 4 times over 3 days and no one picked up the phone. I let it ring over a two minutes each time. Seems like a bad way to run a business. Finally got someone on the phone though the next day. In person the parts counter guys were not friendly at all. I mean I can understand if you have a bad day or don't like your job but between the no phone call answers and in person I think a AI Robo-Person might be more enjoyable. In all seriousness get a people friendly person in that department or a younger person. Next time I might go with another Ford dealer just so I can feel human.

The parts I purchased were delivered quickly and promptly. I placed my order on a Sunday and the parts arrived on Thursday. Under normal circumstances, I would have been a happy customer and this would be a 5 star review, however... My issue is with returns for my parts as the parts I received were no longer needed. The vehicle that the parts I ordered for was involved in an accident and ended up being a total loss. The accident happened 1 day before I received the parts. For the refund itself, I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee for my refund request yet there was nothing posted on their returns page of their website about any sort of restocking fee. In addition, another one of their "justifications" for the 20% restocking fee that was told, was that the parts were "special ordered". At the time I placed my order for my parts, there was no indication on their website that there was an inventory issue on my parts or else I wouldn't have ordered from VFP. These are all false reasonings for them to not provide a customer their money back when they are already down on their luck. Resolution of this matter took escalation up to Ford in order for me to have a complete refund of this order.

The parts department is poorly run. They want you to say what you are looking for in a recording, then THEY decide from that little info, if you are WORTHY of a call back. Go somewhere else if at all possible. These people forget that the customers buying there, are paying their wages, No wonder Ford is unhappy with it's current dealer network.

Ordered parts online and paid for those parts including shipping and hearing nothing about my order for 2 weeks I called several times with no answer, I sent an email requesting info and the warehouse mgr. Justin replied they would need an additional 38.50 for them to ship the parts. Three weeks waste of time I did receive a refund and was able to get the parts I needed from Bartow Ford without the additional $38.50
