Ahmad Diab is hands down the best Service Advisor there! Ask for him and he will make sure you are taken care of well! He is friendly, honest, caring and reliable! I also love that they have payment plan options!

I made an appointment for an oil change at 8am on Monday Dec 16th. I arrived at 7:55am there were several people waiting outside the door. When they opened the door 7 people were in line ahead of me. They all were checked in ahead of me and had their vehicles serviced ahead of me. At 9:15 my truck was still sitting where I parked it. I went in to the service manager and told him the situation. He said he would take care of it. At 10:35 they finally had the truck ready. Went back in and told the manager this took 2:35 for an oil change. He said he was aware and he had taken care of it after I talked to him the first time. I felt very dismissed by the service manager. My service advisor Ken Gill was very friendly and helpful but the rest of the experience was unsatisfactory. We purchased the truck from here and were planning on keeping our business here but now not sure about it.

Excellent service at the counter, vehicle was in and out quickly. From check in, going over the vehicle inspection, to check out everyone was very professional and pleasant.

Got some recalls done on my Ford F150, they actually got me a loaner. Didn't really need it. The work was done in under 5 hours. The service writer was cool and explained the process well.

Extremely terrible service, I’ve been taking my vehicle for regular service for the last couple years. Just noticed a noise from the engine only to find out that the air filter is extremely filthy and never been checked nor changed?!?! Do NOT use this service center!
