Based on available information, including customer reviews, it's important for local users to have a balanced perspective on the services offered at Quick Lane at Village Ford. One customer reported a negative experience involving a simple oil change, citing issues with the initial processing of the vehicle and a significant delay. This review mentioned difficulties in locating the keys and work order, and ultimately, the service not being started even after a considerable wait. This experience highlights potential concerns regarding the efficiency and organization at this specific instance.

However, another customer review presented a more positive experience, mentioning good service for an oil change and tire rotation. While this customer noted that the service could have been slightly quicker, they did not express significant complaints, suggesting that satisfactory service is achievable. Additionally, a specific mention of "Linda" receiving five stars indicates a positive interaction with a particular service advisor, highlighting the potential for excellent customer service from individual staff members.

To provide a comprehensive understanding of Quick Lane at Village Ford, local users should consider these varying experiences. While one review raises concerns about process efficiency and communication, another suggests that standard services can be performed adequately. For local users considering Quick Lane at Village Ford for their auto repair needs, particularly for routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, it may be beneficial to inquire about current service times and procedures. Understanding the typical wait times and the steps involved in the service process could help manage expectations. If specific staff members are known for providing excellent service, requesting assistance from them might also enhance the overall experience.

Given that Quick Lane operates under the umbrella of Village Ford, a larger dealership, it potentially benefits from the resources and infrastructure of the parent company. This could translate to access to a wider range of parts and potentially more experienced technicians, although Quick Lane typically focuses on express services. The physical location at 23535 Michigan Ave in Dearborn is likely equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to handle common auto repair tasks efficiently.

When choosing an Auto Repair Station, local users often consider factors such as convenience, speed of service, price, and the perceived reliability and trustworthiness of the service provider. It would be worthwhile to inquire about any such specific offers or benefits for Ford owners.

In conclusion, Quick Lane at Village Ford is positioned as a local Auto Repair Station in Dearborn, Michigan, offering services like oil changes and tire rotations. Quick Lane at Village Ford Customer Reviews

Dropped vehicle off at (NOT) Quick Lane for just an oil change at 9:26 AM and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Came back at 10:15 to check on it/pick up and they could not find the keys or even work order even tell me the status. I asked why he can’t just look in the computer and tell me where it is and he said that was not possible!?? No further help or advice from him other than just to wait for it to show up. How can you run a business this way and not even be able to tell the customer where their vehicle is? If they can’t even get a simple oil change done correctly how do you think any service that’s more detailed will come out? He finally found the keys & work order (that were in the tray behind him the whole time) only to find out they hadn’t even touched it yet. Never again. Left there and went right to Pat Milliken where I got right in, and they don’t even have a Quick Lane!

I have used this establishment's services for several years and not had an issue. The last time I used their services will be my last. First was with regards to the shuttle. A major driver for me to go to this place is it is next to work and they'll take me to work and pick me up. No loss in time really. This usually works. Once, after an hour and a half of waiting for the shuttle to return me I walked the 3 miles, it was the end of the day. I call this neutral since the next time I needed a shuttle it was faster than expected, however, after waiting 15-20 minutes I walked it again. I mainly want to warn you the shuttle is a convenience, it might not come for you. I requested work... They did not do the work... But they comped me a rental and gave me a discount on the work. This was a positive. I get it, mistakes happen and they didn't stick me with the bill for their mistake. +2 stars They did a brake job... Did not put everything back right and the dust shield got dragged into the rotor... They said no damage and fixed free of charge. -1 star Turns out a bearing had gone bad. It had been that way for approximately 40k miles. I had told them it was making that noise 5 times and asked them to check. Was told everything is fine. Additionally they just replaced those breaks. Didn't the tech have to repackage those bearings when replacing the rotor? -5 stars I was going here for service because it was convenient, I am not a mechanic, and I am terrible at keeping up with maintenance. The bearing showed me they really are not going to take care of me. Though I must admit in the past they did better than others. One dealership failed to connect up the power system and destroyed part of the AC system due to a loose belt flipping around. Another dealership failed to properly install the air filter and it was exposed becaming moldy (this dealership replaced free of charge).

Horrible experience! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Took all day for an oil change, never called or expressed any issues, yet returned our vehicle noting several issues with a mail receipt that arrived 3 days later! Called for an explanation, customer service was even worse than the car service! Many options there these days, take your car anywhere else!

Recently had an oil change on a brand new truck, 1k miles. Just to remove any potential metal shavings from the break in. I scheduled the appointment online and when I got there, there was no record of my appointment except for my email confirmation. They agreed to get it done but took an hour just for an oil change; told them don’t worry about anything else including tire rotation. When the tech brought the keys to the front desk, he told her what a waste of time that was. I’m paying for it so I don’t get what the big deal is. Got in the truck and there was used oil all over the steering wheel. I’ll just do them myself from now on even though I have 4 for free.
