My vehicle was hit while parked on Harvard Street. December 12th. 2023. I was able to get it to Village Ford and immediately Rodney was on it. The at fault insurance company ( Safeco ) played games for six weeks back and fourth with low ball repair estimates. Rodney kept the level of quality and demanded they fix it right. Finally Safeco totalled the truck after Rodney and his staff proved what the truck really needed to repair it safely and correctly. Thank you for having my back guys. I appreciate it. And it's why I took it to you in the beginning. Because I know it would be dealt with correctly !

I had to have my car brought here after a distracted driver rear ended me. Luckily insurance covered everything because the quality of the work performed was abysmal. They had the car for 4 weeks after saying it should be done in two weeks. During that time they managed to install my trunk insulation strip inside out, leave the bumper cover hanging unattached in certain areas, and not fix my brakes properly. Luckily they accepted the poor quality work and took it back to fix some of the misaligned panels, along with giving me a free rental car, hence the extra star. But the bumper cover color was not blended to match the rest of my car whatsoever, and the fact that they took so long and did such horrible work is unacceptable. Ford should be ashamed to have this as a flagship dealership in Dearborn.
