Venado Tires

Sold me two “new” tires, which after they blew out I found out they were retreaded. Had I been told they were retreaded, I never would have bought them. The first of the two tires blew out 6 days after purchasing. The second tire blew out two months later. What upsets me the most is the shop knew we were traveling out of state. Thank the lord we safely made it there and back! Do not recommend and will not be a returning customer! Thank you for replacing the two tires Jose!

This place was very disappointing. We went to get two used tires and were told $56 if they disposed of the old tires or $50 if we did. after they were installed they wanted $100. And insisted they never said that and were completely unreasonable. And to remove the tires they still wanted $50! That is a rip off. For $50 a tire I could have gone to discount and bought brand new tires, and I should have but we were in a financial bind and just needed 2 used tire last to get through a couple of weeks to get my daughter to school. It’s very disappointing how a business who deals in used tires will try and rip people off. I hope they enjoy my $100 because they will never get another penny from me or anyone I know ever again!

I bought 4 used tires and the went home and the next morning one of my tires was flat I ended up seeing if there was a nail or a sharp object to cause the flat and there was nothing so I got a pan with water and found the hole on the inner sidewall and waited till Monday morning to call them and explain what had happened and the manager with no hesitation said he will switch out the tire for no charge!! I thanked him and went and switched out my tire 💯💯 💪💪💪 I recommend this tire shop been going for years!!!

I love this place. Every single time I need a tire, the gentlemen are prompt, helpful, polite, and friendly. I cannot say enough nice things about these gentlemen. And bonus, the tires are affordable!

Great service, and very quick. I had a tire blowout on the Highway and my spare was questionable. Got a new tire put on my car and a good used tire put on my spare rim for a very reasonable price. The parking lot is a little small though. I had an 8 foot trailer and maneuvering was difficult. If I was local, this place would be my new tire shop.

My wife who is 7 months pregnant had all four of her tires done by this establishment. They failed miserably to secure both tires on the driver's side of the vehicle only putting 3 lug bolts back on both driver side rims and then sent her on her way ! Not only could they can killed my wife who is PREGNANT my 4 year old daughter and sister in law were also in the vehicle. The lack of professionalism/regard for human life is unexceptionable. God forbid my wife were to have gotten on the free way both tires could have came off the vehicle and they could have gotten into a terrible accident I am demanding a refund on the services provided!! I have never had a problem with this business and have been a repeat customer for years but for the technicians disregard for my family's life I will NEVER come back or recommend anyone to use this business like I have done for year!!

I had a great experience. They gave me 2 new tires for super cheap after my front drivers side passenger tire popped. They did great! Not bad prices at all! Thank you!!

Called about a used tire. Let them know the tire size, make and model and they quoted an acceptable price. However when I went they claimed a different price - that SUV tires were 20 bucks more. I needed the tire and I had a short time window so they were able to stick it up to me in the rear. I walked funny the whole road trip. Don’t rely on the BS quote you get over the phone.
