Prompt, friendly, professional. This tire shop took care of a slow leak we developed during a Route 66 road trip from Chicago Illinois to California. We called area shops ( Discount, Big O etc) and Peerless was faster. Price was very fair too. Thanks.

Very Unprofessional service on San Mateo we have ever received from a business. Our intentions was to receive great service with our purchase of 4 new tires. By the end of removal and replacement they broke 3 studs on the rear driver and possible damage the front. Services was preformed with no communication of any issues to us during removal and replacement, so liability was now in the hands of this company. IF there was any issue, services should have been communicated and refused however they continued and damaged the vehicle. Once this was pointed out they became very rude, angry and blamed everything else except their faults. We witnessed the damage thinking they would come talk to us about their damage and mistakes. No they denied and went sideways when the obvious presented itself. They asked us to leave with a VERY unsafe situation for us and the public. Mike was very unprofessional and hostile. He was more angry then we were when all we wanted was their faults to be corrected so we could go home safely. The vehicle was fine with no issues but now its stressful to know we got a bigger issue to situate when we only wanted new tires. By the time we went back and forth with Mike about their accountability it was then openly admitted by peerless. We shall see how real the referral is in a few hours. We then left a few blocks away we heard and noticed the front end begin to make a loud noise enough to raise more concerns and very shaky. At this point it is very aggravating. We definitely have pictures and videos of the whole incident and we'll proceed further legal advice since they left our vehicle on 2 studs, front end issue and unknown other issues at this point. WE DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Add-on: We had to tow our vehicle to the shop told Mike he refused to pay, our documentation for the tow states it's an unsafe, since tire was loose 😳 next up is the quote of damages let's see if he refuses that too.

I dropped by in the afternoon when the store was really busy. Manager Tucker B. was on site with another staff member. I asked for help with a tire that lost its bead on the rim. I did not have a compressor large enough to reset the tire. Manager Tucker B. told me to return at the end of the day. When I returned, the Manager was the only one site working on the last vehicle. It was now at closing and he looked exhausted. Nonetheless, he filled my tire with air, and looked up pricing on replacement tire. Great service and beyond the call of duty at closing. Good job

Few weeks back I went into peerless tires in purchase some rims and they came in real fast and everything was good but they didn't fit fit oh no 😭. Mike the manager said no worries let's figure this out and we did and the very next week my new rims where in and they fit like a glove what a difference the ride compared to the rims before haha!! Anyways I had no problems after that and was very pleased with the service at peerless tires with Mike and his staff!! Thanks guys you rock!!! 🔥💯👍
