Matt was rude when I called with some questions about getting a copy of the results since I am from out of state and can get tested anywhere as long as I get a copy of the results. I simply wanted to know if you could do it I heard a lot of sighs on the phone as if he was annoyed and never directly answered my question

This is the second location I have gone to with fast test and they are the absolute best! The kind and cheerful lady was just amazing! She even let me know the Albertsons down the way had a dmv kiosk. I 1000% recommend this whole company. Thank you so much for your awesome service and people.

Karina is awesome and very helpful. She was super cheerful and nice and made the process really quick and easy. I wish other places in Albuquerque had customer service like this place.

Kari has got to be the most cheerful, kind employee I’ve met in a long time. There’s so little cheer and empathy left nowadays that having my emissions test done today was actually the highlight of my week, thanks to Kari and her abundance of both of those things. Plus, humor! She genuinely makes me wish I had another car I needed to bring in, just so I can hang out! If you need to get this service done and this particular location isn’t the closest to you, I would still recommend going out of your way to come here. Who knew car maintenance and adulting could be so pleasant?

Very friendly customer service, fast process and well priced. The woman working explained everything to me, we had a good chat about manual transmissions and she couldn’t have a sweeter personality.
