Needed car key fob replacements. Changed in less than ten minutes for a reasonable price. (I'm sure the dealer would have charged at least double their price.) The employee that helped me was friendly and we talked dogs (because I brought mine with me). 10/10 will come back again for battery needs.

I love how when I came here the first time to pick up the 6 pack of Rayovac size C batteries I ordered they offered me good customer service and that I was able to get the batteries for a discounted price on their website! I highly recommend this store to get batteries from!

Bought a Duracell 27mdc battery for my camper. I keep it on a battery tender when not in use. Battery failed on a camping trip over the weekend. Took the battery back to have checked and was told battery was 3 days out of warranty and the most they could do was 15% off a new one which happens to be the same discount I would have gotten if I ordered it online for pick up. Gentlemen who helped me was nice but the manager does not seem to want to take care of customers. Said that they could not get any money from Duracell so the money would come out of their pocket. Was not willing to retain a customer I guess. Will not buy from them again. Sucks because I used them for all my battery needs.

I needed a battery for my UPS. They had the one I needed. I ordered online and then went to pick it up. They had it ready for me. I was also able to recycle 7 UPS batteries that I had collected over the past year, and they readily accepted them. The store appears to be well stocked with batteries, LEDs, CFLs, and many other lighting products in many different shapes and sizes. The store is very clean and orderly, and the staff that was there was very friendly and helpful. I will shop here again.

I was in there today and I was telling the younger guy there how I lost my dad last year and today was his birthday and we just got done decorating his grave and that my dad was a good person and how I helped my gfs sister we bought her a car and the younger man said it's ok he helped me and that meant so much to me I appreciate the worker that did that kind gesture for me
