Jiffy Lube

I had a 'service engine soon' light come on in my F-150. I took it in and they diagnosed it as an idle air control. They were able to get the part and fix it and stated there was also a warranty as well. Thanks.

Been going here for years and my Dad also. Very professional and courteous with their services. Always dependable and accurate on time wise too. If they say this long, they meant that.

I work for a company that uses a fleet service for billing of repairs and maintenance of our company vehicles. I took my company vehicle into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change, as I have before. On this day, it was taking extremely long to get the vehicle out, so I asked about it. I was told that they were waiting for approval of the charges from the fleet company. After waiting a while longer, I called the fleet company and asked about the hold up. They told me the shop was asking for approval to put in a new battery and to perform a differential service, so that was being reviewed. This vehicle has 20,500 miles on it and certainly doesn't need a battery. And since differential service for this vehicle is recommended at 30K miles, it didn't need that either. When I asked the guy at Jiffy Lube about that, he said, "No, we didn't submit for a battery" and he blamed the fleet service. Long story short, Jiffy Lube did request those extra items...Why?...read the other reviews and you may know. It just so happens that the district manager was in that location at that same time, and he overheard the issue. He immediately got defensive when I told him that I was held up for over an hour waiting to get the issue resolved that they created. He said it was a "simple mistake". I can understand a simple mistake, until the issue is brought to you, and you double down by blaming someone else and saying you didn't do what you did, in fact, do. He then said it was someone else's work order that got put onto my vehicle. Except, by that time, I was the only customer still there, so that doesn't add up. Scamming and lying is no way to do business guys. You have lost the business of our fleet vehicles.

I mean, pretty outrageous for an oil change and air filter, but hopefully they did a good job. Customer service was really great, but I think they took advantage of me.

Excellent oil change. What I'm most impressed about is Jose. I noticed my car sounded like a race car, he checked it out for me and told me it's my gasket to my Cadillac convertor and I will need a welder. 5 stars to the lube team and 6 stars to jose

I usually go to Valvoline for oil changes. I buy them off Groupon. Recently received a $25.00 off card for Jiffy Lube. So I ventured on over to take advantage of the deal. I was so appreciative for the awesome service. Fast. Polite. Glad I took the chance. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Invoice was never reviewed with me (as they do at the other locations), nor did they do a review of items before they do the oil change (usually they review needed items) so I’m going to chalk that up to that it wasn’t needed, although they didn’t review anything with other customers either now that I think about it. I got the invoice emailed to me. The invoice says they vacuumed my car and they clearly didn’t. I thought, “oh Jiffy lube must not vacuum anymore” but after looking at the invoice it says they did. They also didn’t fully secure the hood shut. I was driving down Paseo and saw the hood lifting up and had to pull over as soon as safely possible to push and lock it down. They were very quick at this location, and now I know why.

Jose and his team are Extremely auto knowledgeable, kind, and Professional! This location has serviced both of my vehicles and I am impressed. I have complete confidence in their work as evidenced by oil leak issues taken care of and fixed with no further problems! Thanks Jiffy Lube!

Ryan and Harley are always professional and willing to help. I enjoy coming here and getting the help I need. Oil changes are done in a good timing as well. Recommend this place to friends and family all the time !!!
