Wonderful experience! Marcus was exceptional and the vibe in the office was relaxed and fun. The staff is amazing, thank you everyone for your help and I will definitely be back for any future services. They even gave me a coupon for a free drink at Artisan Coffee, it was so kind!

Super friendly, excellently explained everything going on with the car, they helped me out immensely with me being in a tight spot. I will definitely come back to them. Additionally I would like to say their business is incredibly clean for being an auto shop. Marcus was friendly, kept good communication and was a delight to work with on this. He was extremely professional and made the entire process super easy for me and I'm agoraphobic with severe anxiety, so they are definitely great people.

Fantastic service overall! Scheduled me in quickly, got the job done almost as fast and were very friendly. They gave me a detailed quote for everything else I needed. Honestly, I was so impressed with the staff in the Elliot location that I think management should throw a pizza party for them. They just earned a repeat customer that can’t wait to recommend them.

The professionals at Vans Auto service and Tires in Ellet did such an amazing job. Their waiting room was packed with people and they still managed to fix my flat tire in a reasonable time. All of the employees that I spoke with were all very kind and had smiles on their faces. They made me feel comfortable in the environment and handled my car with care. I have come to them multiple times for different services and they always do such a wonderful job. I will always recommend Vans!!

Had tires delivered to Vans and they only charged 20 a tire. Very reasonable and a very trustworthy business. Everything was done at an efficient time frame even with an alignment. Marc at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and professional. Will absolutely go back with my tire needs and highly recommend as well! Thank you for the free coffee from Artisan coffee complements from Vans! Truly a treat first thing in the morning!

I’m writing this with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I had a flat tire, put the donut on, found it to have 20psi, and had to limp it to an air compressor. Then I drove it to another tire repair place, only be turned away. I called vans and they told me to come on in. Amazing customer service, kind attitude towards helping women, very polite, and quick. Huge thank you to this crew!
