Take 5 Oil Change

I've never been to any quick oil change place as I've always harbored a high distrust for them.. but.. I'll be going back here! The guys were amazing- and not, like, pushy sales extra nice kind of crap that is immediately off putting to me, but just kind. They did an excellent job, reasonably (not suspiciously) quick, transparent. Thank you!

Both young men was very nice did the fluids take5 don't do under your car anymore they didn't ask me about my filter under my car I'm concerned of what I payed that's a lot of money for just your fluids they was nice but not much said to me about what was done. The other young man did do my tires Thank you. Ms Wilson.

Excellent service! I came in very nervous to drive over the service pit since I was misdirected to drive into one right after I got my license and getting towed was pretty traumatizing. The gentleman who directed me here was very reassuring and direct to make me feel safe. Everything was done quickly and explained clearly, I was not pressured to be upsold anything which I really appreciated. Price was fair and I was able to be on my way quickly without leaving my car. Even got some nice air fresheners with my receipt! I'll definitely be back, getting my oil changed has always been a hassle before now with upselling and unfriendly service elsewhere so I really appreciated this place.

Id give zero stars if I could . I took 2 vehicles there on 1-18-25. Outside of having the fastest oil change I've seen. The reason is that is all they do. They don't check anything else. Not tire pressure, windshield fluid, air filters. Even though they check it off on the papaerwork as they did... I won't be going back for the price I paid, I'll certanly go elsewhere.

The tech didn't put my oil cap back on. Took me a bit to realize something was off but my car was not sounding/running right and the smell was awful. I had oil all over the engine and hood. The tech was looking at his apple watch every other minute so guessing that s what distracted him. It was half an hour before the store closed when I realized this. The phone doesn't ring directly to the store and the automated system would hang up when I pushed a prompt. I went to the store and the two techs there were extremely nice and cleaned it all up.

Came for an oil change. They said I needed gear box oil (never heard of it never touched it) so I said sure. $100 for front and back. $378 with the oil change. They tell me I’m good to go. While driving not even an hour later I hear clunking and metal on metal grinding. My truck then came to a stop. Had to get it towed. The shop told me there was no gear oil put back in the rear. Due to that the differential got TORE up. The shop has to replace my whole rear axel. So This take 5 caused me $3000 worth of damage due to them not putting oil back in. Do not go to any take 5 especially this one.

Talk about misleading/borderline fraudulent pricing and bad service. I would give zero stars if I could. Please before you go here, look at the other bad reviews. I wish I did! We are all saying the same thing. The price they list for the oil change isn't the price you will pay. They add on a "shop charge" and don't include the price of the oil filter. Of course this isn't mentioned in their pricing and I couldn't see it posted anywhere on their website or even in the bay with the list of prices for different oil changes. They hit you with it after they have completed the work. Every other place I have ever gotten my oil changed does not add these excessive charges, includes the price of the filter and is cheaper to begin with. Add to this the fact the employees were relatively rude and I will not be returning to this location or any other Take 5 location again. I advise everyone to avoid.

I stop in every month or so to get some air in a tire that has a slow leak. These guys are always so nice and friendly and fast, until today. They guided me into the bay and completely ignored me for at least 15 minutes before they even asked what I needed!! There was only me and one other car there the whole time and I saw at least 5 guys there "working". One guy sitting in the waiting room on his phone, 3 different guys came and looked at the other car.... I was just very disappointed today.

No tire pressure check, no fluids check, no air filter check, told price was $84.99 for the normal synthetic oil we use plus extra $12 for extra oil our Toyota can requires so should have been $96.99. At the end was told it was $112!!! When asked why was told shop charges and charge for filter and synthetic oil. Completely deceptive pricing. Been using Take 5 for years, service and pricing has progressively gotten worse. Will be searching for alternative options for our vehicles.

Absolutely disappointed, i came here for an oil change economy which usually costs 49.99 but the dude just did and 82.99 oil change without even confirming with me . He said previously i got the same amount oil change but i have the receipt of the last service where i just paid 49.99 $. He also made me pay for air filter and coolant flush telling me my car wont run if i dont change it. Like duhhhh ??? 270$ down the drain.
