The one star is because of the customer service experience, When the guy behind the counter tells my husband that he needs to turn in his man card because he didn't want to help my husband put the wiper blades on my car and wouldn't ever help get the blades my car needed. This representative should never be the face of a company, he is incredibly rude, and very ignorant to talk to any customer that way. My husband used to be a mechanic and body man and stopped because of health problem with his blood vessels in in hands. This guy needs to be fired and never work with customers ever again, this coming from a customer service representative. I've done so much business with this company over the past several years. This all took place at the Canton Road Advance Auto Part store in 1/4/2025 @ 2:11pm. The reps name is John G.

Stopped in the store they ordered a part for me was supposed to come in next day. Came in to pick it up and the man working there literally said I don't know what to tell you bud I can't find it. Wasted a whole day waiting for this part. This advanced is a joke even more than the other ones. Do not shop here!!!!

Once again, this location came to the rescue. I had some odd power activity in my car, which led me to want to get the battery power level checked. Michael did everything he could to not only diagnose, but also troubleshoot what the issue actually was. His expertise was much appreciated. Michael went to the next level in helping me to find an exact match and then went to take the time to install the battery. It was not an easy install, but He was unrelenting and got the job done. I am very grateful, and this is yet another moment that compels me to recommend this store to auto clients, ranging from expert to novice. Huge shout out to Michael for an amazing customer experience.

Called in a bit ago for help with a wheel bearing tool rental, and the man was incredibly rude. I was fuming at the end of the call *when he hung up on me*. I asked if I could exchange it at another location because we were given a ball joint tool kit I thought by mistake, and he just kept interrupting me to talk over me, and eventually hung up on me. I can't remember his name, but chances are, you'll know who I'm talking about. That man needs to find another job. I called the Alliance location and they were incredibly helpful, even walked me through how to use the tool for the bearing removal.
