Came in because my car has been making a rattling noise, the shop was busy and it was the end of the day but Dave took time to do an inspection on my car, type up an estimate with what was wrong and what exact repairs needed to be made, as well as expected cost, and talking me through my options with the vehicle. Will definitely go back!

Third strike they are out. Been coming here for years. And I’m very understanding. This is the third time I’ve come here for a SCHEDULED appointment they didn’t have parts for. Only for me to have to come back a different day or have an extended wait. When brought to managements attention all I was given was excuses on how it’s not their fault. But it is. I said I’m understanding maybe call me before I show up to be sent home? Or let me know at the very least but no, customers time is not valuable.

I took mine and my wife's car for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. The young kid that worked on our cars both on seperate occasions, cracked my oil pan causing my oil level to drop as I was driving. So there is definitely damage done to my engine. But they did replace the oil pan. They took apart my car trying to find the cabin air filter not putting it back together. I had 2 parts just laying in my car and I had no idea what they went to until I started investigating. They cross threaded my wife's oil filter causing it to blow. And oil pressure dropped causing damage to her engine. All they gave to me was 3 free oil changes. Well, it takes more than 2 oil changes for them to get it right. I don't see any value. I'd expect them to replace both engines for the damages...... I will never go back to this location after all of the trouble and money they have cost me. If either of my car's engines blow within the next 3 months they will have a lawsuit to fight I had to investigate and find the store leader's personal cell phone to even get some type of resolution. Ohh and it takes them 2 hours average to complete an oil change. It takes me about 30 min with only a car ramps, and a ratchet........ If you need service done on your vehicle I advise going to the bmv or an echeck station and asking them for a list of trusted shops backed by the state!

Called in this morning, they had to get the tires in as they did not have the particular ones I wanted instock. They did an inspection and sent a video showing what they recomended and why. Which was really nice to be able to see what they were explaining. They even did the alignment when they where really pressed for time. I feel they took great care of me all on a Saturday at that! Got to give these guys at the ellet location some props.
