Overall customer service was excellent. Several technicians introduced themselves to me and were genuinely interested in my vehicle and the services I wanted. The store was clean and inviting and highly recommend this location.

The guys are extremely friendly and their knowledge of service is great. Wait times are very minimal. They show you all your options and let you know what best fits your vehicles requirements.

Came here to get my car inspected. They told me something was wrong with my car (where they plug their machine in for the inspection) and that they couldn’t complete my inspection. Therefore, I had to wait weeks to get into the dealership to fix said problem. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my car. So, either their machine is broken and they blamed it on my car or they simply didn’t feel like dealing with it. The people that worked there were very nice but I won’t be back.

i always get great service...the folks who help me are very personable in addition to explaining the services my car is receiving. and often, including yesterday, both the assistant manager and the manager thanked me for coming in! =)

I have spent well over an hour attempting to get a live person on line. All I get is AI Lilly who transfers me and no one will pick up the phone. So sad our company has hundreds of trucks that get serviced, but not at Valvoline, any longer. You may think you are saving money by not answering the phone, it is the opposite you are losing money by not communicating with your existing and possible new customers. Good luck with your new AI Answering system.

The team at Valvoline is always courteous, clearly communicative, and thorough. No pressure on upsells, but always provide informative updates. Rarely ever have a long wait. We are loyal to our local location and will continue to give them our business.

Excellent! Very nice staff who seem to actually enjoy their jobs and move fast! We just got our vehicle inspected today and have gone here for oil changes for years. Always! above and beyond helpful folks. Jacob, the service manager couldn’t have been kinder or more thorough today. Car stuff doesn’t have to be sketchy! 10 ⭐️ stars !
