Service has always been completed in a timely manner, communication is quick and easy. estimates are sent easy to read, transparent and understandable. You have the ability to check a box and approve that repair or decline. Payment is also quick and easy. And they have a 24/7 secure dropbox so you can pick up or drop off after hours. My daughter was getting prepared to go back to college before the storm when she discovered an issue with her car. Todd and his staff got her car in quickly, diagnosed and repaired her car allowing her to leave before winter weather hit. Again, the staff at VW Specialties came through. Been taking our beloved Jetta TDI to VW Specialties for years and have had 100% good experience with them. Here's where you find mechanics you can not only trust but who also have integrity in their work. I know our car is going to be serviced well anytime I take it in and that is one good feeling. Todd was very very emphatic of our situation during a hurricane.. He diagnosed the car; provided a work sheet,provided all details and asked permission before proceeding. Work was done on time and we felt confident the issue was finally addressed properly; after having been to another mechanic that basically did spark plugs and routine maintenance. He did a fantastic job and very clean. Really really appreciated his help.

The staff here have been very helpful in the course of multiple repairs and maintenance. They get the work done promptly and correctly, and charge reasonable rates. I have no hesitation in bringing my TDI here or recommending them to other VW owners.

I have been using VW Specialists for the past several years. They have been awesome at always taking great care of my 2012 Golf, no matter the issue! Great communication and customer service. Always provide detailed summery with photos of all repairs needed an d recommended. Only place I’ll take my car. Highly recommend!
