Wonderful customer service with fair pricing and willing to work with me on parts. Easy to schedule too! I have been with these guys since they moved from the Merrimon avenue Exxon. Special shout out to my mechanics Fred and Pascual who are both fantastic, talented, and kind! Highly recommend!!

I’m so grateful for all the Nextdoor folks who recommended Jason’s. I had the pleasure of meeting both Paul and Fred who fixed my Honda Civic this morning. Fred was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He had me in and out in 30 minutes and the charge was beyond reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this auto center, but will use them going forward.

I have a trade business and have a few older work vans. The guys at Jason's Auto have helped me keep them on the road. I trust the mechanics here as they have always fixed my vehicles and given me great advice on what future repairs I may need. Highly recommend!

My Honda started misfiring and needed some work. I asked around and Jason's had a good reputation. The fixed me right up for a reasonable price. Communication was good too. No complaints.

These people had us scheduled in two days. I picked them based on reviews I had read. They changed our Subaru plugs and oil change was done at a very reasonable price. We will use them in the future.

I used to be so hesitant going to mechanics shops. Not any more. While most maintenance I can do for myself, I'm not a mechanic and for anything in depth I will always go to Jason's. They've been honest with me and try to work me in a soon as possible. I'm sure everyone there deserves their props but I've primarily dealt with Fred and I gotta say he actually cares and has always gone the extra mile, and for that reason I will continue to return to Jason's auto care.

It took Jason’s Auto Care over a month to diagnose our electrical issue and get back in touch with us. After ultimately collecting over $800 of our hard earned money and eventually replacing one component (that evidently may not have been faulty) and the alternator, the serpentine belt on the alternator split down the middle less than 24 hours after driving it off their lot. After bringing this to their attention they acknowledged they would replace the belt but refused to offer a way to get the car back to their shop, so I am once again left with an inoperable vehicle and out $800. Think twice before dealing with Jason’s Auto Care, and if you get Fred as your consultant, run the other direction! At Jason’s Auto Care you will never speak to a mechanic, you will get the runaround, and you will likely be lied to.

They did a lot to help me in a pinch. They were responsive, professional and got me back on the road safely. I noticed several other locals were in and out while I was waiting. Two people who who knew each other chatted about how they'd both been coming here for years. That gave me extra peace of mind to know the community locals see this as a trusted mechanic shop. We will return for future repairs. I had a great experience. They replaced the brakes and rotors on my 2021 Subaru.
