This amazing business deserves 11 stars! It’s rare to find such an honest auto repair shop. Not only was I treated with respect my Subaru was cared for like it was their own. The stress of a collision is hard enough and this place fairly priced especially for the hard work and fast service. I cannot recommend them enough. Supporting a local business never felt so great.

I was badly rear ended several years ago while driving my Prius V. My insurance company and my repair place both recommended Parks as the area's best collision repair place. They did an astoundingly good job and my car still looks and functions like the accident never happened. Recently, while squeezing out between a fallen tree and a fence, I snagged the left front quarter panel pulling it and part of the front bumper off. Parks got me in quickly and again did fast and amazing work. I give 5 stars for the work and 5 more for the warm and friendly staff. Seriously, 10 stars for being great people doing a great job. -Carol

First time costumer today to get an estimate on my car after hitting a deer. They got me in for an appointment after just a couple days, fixed the car right there, and I left after just a couple minutes. Very honest people. 1000% recommend. Took my suv in for an estimate and was greeted at the door. David came by, looked at my car, and said hold on. He came back and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Looks brand new!!!! Best experience ever at a body shop. He could have told me that the part needed to be replaced and painted but HE DIDN’T!!!! Honest people that do exemplary work. Can’t recommend enough!!!!!

After the hurricane we had 2 cars totaled, one the insurance company wanted to repair. After the Parks team sent the estimates for repair the insurance company agreed to scrap it. Then my daughter popped her bumper, out of place they fixed it immediately. Always a pleasure dealing with the best body shop in town.

I scraped a post which left some paint residue on my truck door. I made an appointment with Parks for an estimate. After inspecting the door, Caleb at Parks, took the time to buff out the paint and also realign a rear panel that had slightly popped out of place. I was pleased that Parks was able to fix these minor problems without having to schedule the work for another day. Besides the outstanding work and attention to detail, I was very pleased with the customer service. If I have a future need for auto body work, I'll be back.
