I am not big on giving reviews. However, this experience was more worthy.This is my new oil change shop. The people working here display great professionalism and take pride is their work as well as their interaction with the customers (you wait in your car while they perform the oil change). Chase is the assistant manager. He leads through his example with respect for his coworkers and confidence in their abilities. Great work and great value here at this location.

I took my vehicle to this location to get an oil change. I have been coming to Vavoline to get my oil changed for years and typically have good service. Over the years I've had a couple of mishaps that I don't think were malicious in anyway. This time however was an experience that may get me looking for another oil change business. I typically get a full synthetic oil change for my Nissan Sentra. I check the oil before I take it in to see the color of the oil and where it measures on the dipstick. I also take care of things like air filters, wiper blades, and parking/ brake lights myself. I have changed oil many times and know what it entails and would do that myself if I could properly dispose of the used oil. I can't and don't want to so I take it in to have it done. I checked the oil in my car and it was a bit on the low side and a darker caramel color. I topped it off and checked when I was due for a change and I saw that I was about 130 miles over the prescribed mileage number so I took it in. The process was very fast, too fast in my opinion, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. The kid showed me the dipstick and it was a little lighter than before, but still significantly darker than fresh new synthetic oil. I shouldn't have driven off.... I got home and parked my car, later on I checked the oil again and felt certain that my car was simply topped off. I took the car back and explained the situation to the same crew. They tried to tell me that it was probably because I had waited a long time before I changed my oil. I explained to them that was not the case at all. They all looked ready to go home, and couldn't explain why the oil did not look fresh but confirmed and agreed that it did not look fresh....At this point I came to the conclusion that they were either dishonest about simply topping off my oil instead of actually changing it, and or too lazy to do it properly. Which also tells me that the oil filter probably wasn't changed either. I did not want them working on my car at all at this point nor did I trust any of them! My advise to any other customer that goes to any oil changing shop is to double check all work done BEFORE YOU LEAVE no matter if it seems awkward or rude. Protect your car, and get what you pay for!

I just went with a friend today for an oil change and I was so impressed with Sarah's ( the asst mgr) customer service skills that I will be taking all 3 of my vehicles here. Her crew was very knowledgeable and professional. N they really worked well as a team. They were fast n thorough. Felt like we had to own personal pit crew lol. They happily n patiently answered our many questions. We left there feeling great about the experience. Sarah is a gem and asset to ur company for sure. Thanks again to Sarah n her awesome team! Looking forward to seeing u guys again soon.

They were very thorough with there checkup. In addition, I needed an additional service the next day and they attended to it quickly. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and personable.

Fast and professional! We just purchased used car and they were able to help us navigate correct oil and the computer system. The car lit did not install new filters and they helped us replace them.

The service was very fast! I love that I stay in my vehicle while the service is being done. I really appreciate that there was also no pressure with the other suggested services. I wasn't able to get it all done in the same trip and they were very understanding of that.

I pulled up and the first thing they told me is that they are out of my oil that is needed for my car, he hasn’t even gotten to the actual assessment yet. Now, I pulled up about 30-20 minutes before they close… maybe just maybe they say this to anyone coming in around this time to avoid having to stay later. It’s how it came off… and of course, it seemed like they were all bothered by me pulling up… I was under the impression they closed at 6pm… again, my assessment. Change the store hours to 8am to 5pm. That way it ensures they are closed before people get off of work. I would hate to bug another worker again…

If you care about your car, DO NOT COME HERE. I came for a simple oil change, and they didn’t tighten the oil filter properly. Funny how they had the audacity to charge me $110 and If I hadn’t noticed, my engine could have been ruined thanks to them! I had to pay a mechanic to figure out why my car was leaking oil, and the reason was so careless on the Valvoline team part. I went to request a refund 3 weeks ago, and they still haven’t taken responsibility. Thanks for almost messing my car up I guess.

Other service technicians that are there but the female with short curly hair needs some job evaluation. She’s in there, cussing up a storm and mad and looks like she hates her job and is mad that the printer doesn’t print a receipt that I do needed for Company vehicle expenses. Not my issue that you are having a bad day or that you didn’t wanna reset your printer from the beginning. I will not be back to this location

They didn’t check my tire pressure, even though it was obvious that I needed it checked due to the low tire and warning light on the dashboard. Thought that would be included in the $150 I paid for the service, which is the most I’ve ever paid for a maintenance check/oil change. And that was with a coupon. Not thrilled about having to go to a whole other place to get my tires checked, even though it’s supposedly part of their “18-pt check.” They also kept bragging to each other about how many air filters they’ve sold, with one of them saying “it’s the easiest thing to sell people on”, right after I bought a new one cause they said it was “filthy.” Felt kind of scammy, like I’d been duped or something. They put the wrong mileage on the sticker too, so I can’t even use that. Overall, regret going here.
