This location (Menual) is super efficient. I had an appointment for 1:30 pm. I pulled up at 1:20 pm for a tire rotation and checked in. I settled down to do some homework and was pleasantly surprised when my rotation was done in 25 minutes from the time I checked in. I also witnessed the service person helped an elderly woman with a tire repair and was impressed with the efficiency. The technician diagnosed and remedied the issue and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this store for all your tire needs.

I stopped to get air in my tire and the friendly employee said I had a screw in my tire and they could repair it. I was really not in the mood to spend all day at Discount Tire waiting but they had me in and out in less than an hour! That right there is what the definition of superior customer service is. Outstanding job Discount Tire and thank you for not wasting my time. You have earned my business for life!!

This just happened yesterday. I've been dealing with a slow leak in a tire that was "patched" by insurance road service due to a bolt I picked up driving. Vincent showed me that unfortunately it wasn't an easy puncture but a jagged tear that really wasn't fixable with a plug. Ended up buying two tires, put them on the rear, kept the best two and mounted them on the front. Had to come back the next day as the new (matching) tires had to be ordered. Good honest service and price. But, what I wanted to comment on was the next day when I returned to pay and get my car, it was very busy and as I was waiting in line with several other people. Three guys working the counter, all busy. I observed Vincent (same guy) helping a young woman who was obviously struggling with the affordability of four new tires. She said she could only put two hundred dollars on her credit card, but had five hundred cash. In spite of the busy day, his patience and kindness was obvious as he walked her through options that met her driving needs and cost. No eye rolling or telling her she could have done all this online. Pretty much everyone who worked here gave off that vibe. In spite of my flat tire, and some wait time, I left there thinking, "I'm going to buy my all tires from these guys.."

Discount Tire has always done a great job servicing my vehicles. They have great discounts on tires and do free tire air checks/refills any time. Staff is always kind and happy.

The staff at this location is very fast and professional! When I found a nail in my tire this morning, I drove right to their location. They repaired the tire within 30 minutes and had me on my way. Also, there was no charge since it was a tire that I had previously purchased from there!I had a great experience from a bad situation.

Went in for a tire rotation, airing tires, and balancing. Got there ahead of a crowd of people so parking was okay. Waiting area was comfortable with chairs of different heights to accommodate both younger and older customers. Really great staff, especially Eliajah. He was friendly, competent, checked everything quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Still had to wait an hour and 15 minutes after the quick check-in. I like their link where one can keep track of where and what's happening with your vehicle is shown; however, the times they posted were 20-25 minutes off. Mostly a good experience, but the wait time was too long.

I'm saddened to be writing this. I recently purchased a new vehicle and I have been washing it every day. I had a slow leak on my back right tire and knew I already needed new tires due to this car being a previous rental car. I found gunk that was left on my wheel well and paint and I discovered a new scratch on my vehicle. I believe something was wrong with my tire but I noticed on this very busy day, almost every tire they inspected for customers was "un-repairable" and to no surprise my brand new tires are "un-repairable". I was chuckling because I'm pretty sure it was repairable but I didn't really care much to investigate further. I'm a michelin fan and wanted all 4 new michelins on my vehicle anyways. the scratches and gunk are uncalled for and your techs should be trained better. my vehicle is black and requires a lot of cleaning. I immediately noticed the left over gunk and damage to my black paint.

I've had good experiences here in the past – not any more. If your employees don't know an answer, don't just lie to me. Most times I ask questions as a test, to see what answers people come up with. I already know the correct answer, I just want to know how honest you are. That being said, I'll never go here again. I'll buy the equipment to mount my own tires before I ever spend 1¢ more here.

Do you need a tire patch or a new air valve...for free. Then this is your place. They have good prices on tires and rims and the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is busy most of the time but that doesn't take away from the great service. Wait times are reasonable for a place this busy and they give you updates on the service if youd rather step out and come back. I love the free tire repairs and would recommend the shop on that service alone.
