Big O Tires

Thanks to Derek and the team at Big O! We were passing through town on a cross country trip, and were concerned because the steering wheel was vibrating at high speed. It was almost closing time at the shop, but we asked if they could balance the wheels. The team not only took us in, and did the wheel balance, they also rotated the tires because they noticed it was needed, AND DIDN’T CHARGE US ANYTHING! Talk about a holiday miracle. We were done and back on the road to our Christmas visit in 45 minutes. Best. Service. Ever.

I cannot put into words how big of a help Derek has been. I had a hard time finding a close tire shop around me to fix a flat. Derek was super helpful once I pulled in and got right to work. I appreciate yall so much. Thank you again.

Big O tires and Lajune Murphy did an amazing job! I was trying to get rid of some old tires at my house and they actually came over to my house to get them. Very nice and convenient. Thank you so much big O tires! 😁

Great customer service! I was halfway through a trip to CA from TX when my Lexus started making a weird noise. I pulled off the fwy and pulled into Big O. They got me in and out in less than an hour. They have a very friendly staff and fair prices. I would definitely recommend .

This Big O store went out of their way to fix my problem, over a short coming of another big o store (outside the city). I can’t even express how much i appreciate their kindness, great customer service and professionalism (especially of manager Freddy and Lajune up front!). I definitely will be back to buy my next set here. Thank you!

This place is preying on women. My wife went in to fix a flat with a nail, and was told the brakes were needing repair. The rear pads and rotors and …”I would be surprised if they lasted a month” is what they told her. Scare tactics at play here. I just did the rear brakes two weeks after she was there so anyone with a knowledge of brake pads can see for themselves. Do these look like they wouldn’t last a month?

I called for a quote, I spoke to Freddy. He is fantastic, he offered me reasonable prices, without giving me outrageous pricing, then fake discounts, and was kind and professional. I had a discount from online that I opted not to use because I felt like the prices were fair, and far below what other companies quoted. The ENTIRE staff was happy, friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌 also gluten-free 😅🤣

I came to this location due to a flat tire and received exceptional service. I was stressed about the damage, but the team was incredibly kind and efficient.
