Take 5 Oil Change

I had great service at Take 5 oil change. I was there 2/8/25, they took good care to explain everything, they were very upfront with what was going on, i did appreciate that. They were very efficient and i like the price it was easy on my purse. They also listened to my concerns and addressed the concerns from the last oil change.i am definitely going to go back when i need another oil change. thank you .

Would be 5 stars but they left my engine cover unsecured and it came partially off driving down I-25. Someone could’ve gotten seriously hurt if that came flying off. I called and left a message and no one has called me back. Otherwise it was fast, excellent customer service. Sad they skipped properly securing the cover.

Have had excellent experience and service from Take 5 from Florida to New Mexico. I have done ALL my own oil changes in my life until recently because I got screwed by Jiffy Lube 35 years ago. Never trusted a quick change oil shop since then. Figured I'd try Take 5 and they have never let me down.

We were out of town and needed an oil change. After checking around on the internet, we chose to come to take 5 and this location because of their reviews. The reviews were on point. We were greeted by 2 men that clearly liked/loved what they do, especially at 7:30 in the morning. The water they offered was a bonus as we were headed for a long drive to the next state on our cross country trip. The knowledge about my turbo motor needing a certain oil(we asked if they knew about our Buick) plus the plastic plug info he gave us.( we didn’t know). The top off and other services they offer when getting an oil change was good too. You could tell they were knowledgeable and enjoyed helping everyone. The experience was pleasant, service was great, and I hope that our take 5 in our city goes above and beyond like these gentleman did. If you are in the Albuquerque area and need service, this location is great and gets our approval. Go check them out.

It was my first time to this place greeted quickly with the bottle of water and to see what services I needed. All three of the guys that I talked to that worked on my truck were all professional and friendly. Changed my oil, my air filter, did a coolant exchange, a fuel treatment added to my tank, and topped off my other fluids. I was there for about 45 minutes to an hour and they got everything done. I even got a $30 discount as a new customer. I will be coming back. Great Service and price.

The service at Take 5 Oil Change was perfect I couldn’t ask for more. Everything was checked the recommendations for extra service was provided. The 25% discount is greatly appreciated my previous oil change experience was not a user friendly experience. The staff at Take 5 are definitely keepers

This is my go-to oil change service! Partly because they are one of the very few places that will work on my Mini Cooper, but mostly because the service is great! The manager is super helpful and none of the guys working there have ever made me feel uncomfortable for knowing practically nothing about my car. They won't pressure you into an up-sell you don't really need and they explain everything clearly. I love the free top-up service they offer in between oil changes too. If my tires are low or I just want something checked they'll do that for free! Definitely give this place a try, ladies.

Easy and quick. They have been very friendly both times I’ve been there. They provide helpful explanations of services they recommend and I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything additional. Their customer service skills greatly exceed other places I’ve been.
