1500$ to hook me up and dump me on the side of the street. Although they saved parking for the driver beforehand. He was whining and crying the whole time. Asked him to unhinged the tracker from trailer. Big nope with the attitude to follow. Use as last resort.

Wish I could leave zero stars. After a horrible car accident, the owner notified my father, who was picking up the car that the driver had left the scene of an accident. All this information was incorrect, and could not be further from the truth. After three days of trying to obtain a police report and contacting multiple police agencies, we found out that this was not the case, and that it was a wrong car that had been mixed up with ours. Contacted the manger of tow company only to hear he couldn’t care less. Will be filing civil suit for misrepresenting law-enforcement and for pain and suffering.

I highly recommend Knittles Towing. They have great customer services, prompt response, and are very safe drivers. We had a problem with our insurance company in getting reimbursed for services and Knittles help us immediately with the problem.

Their service was fast, and the employee who showed up was very pleasant. Allen went out of his way to be helpful beyond what was required. I definitely walked away from the situation feeling like I met someone who could be relied on in need. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing towing service.
