Mike and his team did a fantastic job to my 2015 Subaru Impreza. He went out of his way to keep us informed, and the repair came in below the initial quote. Also, what I paid was WELL BELOW the quotes of his competitors. It's been months since the repair happened and I have zero problems with the car. Where do I even Start collision Center, NM has been great and gave me nothing but top Notch service, communicating with me every step of the way and giving me back my car looking lovely and brand new as it was. I was completely ghosted after paying $120 to diagnose the problem and then them saying they’d order the necessary part and call me back in 7-10 business days when the part arrived. Never called me back. I called them back multiple times and am completely ghosted and it’s now been 5 weeks. If they didn’t want the job they should’ve just said “no” instead of charging me and then just ghosting me. That’s terrible customer service. After writing this review I received a reply from the owner claiming I’m not a customer of theirs. This is correct, as I am no longer a customer of this business as I do not appreciate being ghosted, especially after wasting my time and money.

I took my Super Duty in to have the headlights restored and some scratches removed. Mike and his team treated my vehicle with the utmost respect and care. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work. Headlights came out looking like new and you can’t tell the scratches were ever there. Highly recommend if you are looking for a shop that will treat you right!

A little less than a year ago I got in a collision with extremely unhelpful insurance agents, taking well over a month to come to a conclusion that was obvious from the beginning, barring Mike and his team from working on my vehicle. Mike and his team were in contact with me every step of the way, giving me updates on their own personal diagnosis of my car and while it did eventually take me almost 2 months to get my car back, they did a fantastic job getting it running again and even cut me a good rate as thanks for my patience with them. If I ever need car repairs again this is 1000% going to be the place I bring my vehicle again if need be, they do a fantastic job here.

My son is a new driver and have had a few fender benders. We determined that we would settle the first accident outside of an insurance claim which was a little unsettling. While working with Mike we were able to eliminate a lot of these concerns as he was a very trust worthy and communicated the process, required repairs and prices every step of the way. Based on the experience, great service, and the fair and reasonable pricing we decided to work with this shop again. Mike has been incredibly helpful with all the insurance coordination. We have not had a bad experience working with this shop and would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. We look forward to getting back in the car once he has worked his magic!

In a world full of sketchy body shops there is nobody like Mike Hernandez and his team. I don’t trust anybody to work on my cars except for them!! The quality, craftsmanship and passion that goes behind their work exceeded my expectations. From little dings that I’ve had to dents I wouldn’t even imagine possibly being fixed, there was no job too little or big for them to knock out! I highly recommend coming here, they’re the only bodyshop I trust here in NM!!

Avoid this place! What they said would take 5 days took 3 weeks! The topping on the cake was the paint I still have on my back windows that won't come off and now my rear door won't open. It did before, and I got some lame excuse that it was being sent to them so they left the interior door cover off and 4 weeks later the supposed ordered latch which opens my tail end of my suv wasn't delivered because I sure haven't received a call that it has! Go with car crafters at least they finish the job they are paid for and don't paint your windows along with the body and leave the work unfinished!
