I had a lift kit and tires installed recently. John, Brad and installer Chris were phenomenal! Great customer service add work. Highly recommend them!

UPDATE: 10/23/2024 ***HAD TO CHANGE RATING*** Poor install of Katzkins and customer service was very lacking. No reminder call the day before an appointment, installed set of seats without inspecting first, discovered they were issues after the install and told me upon pickup. Katzkins were great and sent out a new set immediately and created an appointment with them again. Once again, no reminder call and missed that appointment, scheduled me again and this time I understood they are not going to let you know you are still good to in for the appointment. Picked up truck and the seats still looked like they were off to me. Katzkins asked for photos again, sent them, and they said the install was not done properly again. In addition, they were told to also repair the cooling system on the driver seat, and they did not. Thankfully Katzkins told me they do not want these adjusted and will send out another full set of leather seats for me, this time they said we are using Accessories Unlimited due to the issues with Ultimate Truck. I cannot recommend this place for anything. Worst customer service I have had in a very long time. Stay AWAY!!!!

Hands down best customer service ever. I went there by accident using Google maps and ended up getting a quote for a deck system for my new pick up. Craig is the kindest and most knowledgeable sales associate. BTW, I'm getting the deck system.

Very nice and knowledgeable. I was looking for a tonneau cover for my new truck. They have a lot on display which helped with my decision. The salesman even took me outside and showed me the one on his truck. I selected the one that when fully open it doesn’t lean against the truck because I did not want anything touching the paint. It fits great, It looks great, all is well.

Ordered a new roll up bed cover for my truck, the one that arrived and was installed was damaged during the installation process. Ulitmate made a warrantee claim for me and a new one made, shipped and installed. Awesome Service so far.... Fast forward to last month and another wrinkle came up at the back of the truck bed, I went to Ultimate again and they say they made a warrantee claim and i should hear back in a couple of days. Coming up on 4 weeks and nothing back. I've called them several times, even trying to contact Management w/o any response. I'm just not getting a good service feeling from Ultimate on this. Looking like i'll need another truck accessories company to shop at moving forward as i won't shop here again. This would be a 0 review if possible. GMs response was to original issue... nothing back from this place in weeks. And the manufacture got me a replacement cover N/C, i was able to install it on the existing rails. It would have taken Ultimate 10 minutes to do this. Jeff Z

Amazing friendly and extremely competent staff, excellent work on my beat-up Jeep, held it for a week while I returned to NY for a week. I would *definitely* return!
