These guys were able to get me out of a last minute pinch. No one else is Albuquerque, including all the big names, were able to accommodate a same day alignment. The staff at this Firestone were able to get me in and out in an extremely quick and efficient manner. They communicated via phone clearly and concisely. Very much appreciated!

I was helped by Noel and Laura today with a stuck license plate. They were incredibly helpful, especially Laura who went above and beyond with trying to find a replacement part (although it was not needed at the end). Would recommend to anyone needing their car maintained/repairs

The service manager went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best tire for my little Honda Fit. Installation was fast . There was a small bend in a rim but he was able to straighten it out, saving me the cost or buying a new one.

The folks at this Firestone in Albuquerque, particularly Laura, were so very helpful. My car started making concerning noises during a cross-country move, and not only were they able to get my alternator replaced in a day, they were able to work with my last mechanic a few states over to get the new part covered via warranty. Thanks to the speed and quality of this team, I can start my new job on time and didn't have to spend extra money on a hotel or anything. I am extremely grateful to Laura and the rest of the team.

HONEST MECHANICS. EXCELLENT EMERGENCY CARE thanks to LAURA and NOEL. .. So grateful for this team! As a solo traveler with two dogs, my vehicle had wacky electrical issues in the desert 3 hrs. from ABQ ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. .. I limped to this location by chance after a competitor said I needed an expensive alternator. Ugh. Frankly, I was very nervous and concerned that I'd get ripped off. .. Nope. Service Manager, Laura, kindly listened and consulted with her mechanics. Noel had my van on the rack to diagnose it thoroughly within an hour. He explained that an added plugged-in device was causing my alternator to keep resetting, thus the scary electrical symptoms. .. No new alternator or battery needed. Rare Honesty. .. 'Drive home safe, ma'am' and I made it the 9 hrs. home fine. .. DO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION? YOU BET. Schedule with confidence.

the guys here at Firestone did an amazing job on my vehicle and the price was very reasonable the guy at the front desk Daniel was awesome and cleared any information or questions I had, the mechanic took very good care of my vehicle and got it fixed in reasonable time. Came here because I got a flat tire like a block away, they didn’t have the tire in stock that I needed but they changed my spare for me. Daniel at the front desk helped me out. Super fast and super friendly service at the end of their day. Appreciate you guys!
