I wanted to share my positive experience at Valley Ford, I had a few questions I was there back in September and I got a hold of the manager and service coordinator James. He remembered me and I felt very valued and he knew my car even , and issue before I heard him typing , 🤯 So hats off to him. I felt that I was in good hands. James! I’ve never been more disappointed with a ford dealership and my time wasted for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment at 9am for a regular service appointment for an oil change. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would take between an hour and an a hour a half. I get an update at 10:19 saying it’s going to be done at 11am instead. I give it 15 minutes past 11am and check in again and asked what was going on and received an update that my car would be done in 30 minutes. I didn’t leave and check out until 12:22pm. The minute someone knew it was gonna to take a long time (ie. longer than hour I was given) I should’ve been given other options instead of wasting 3 1/2 hours of my time waiting for a simple oil change. I decided to come to this location because it was closer to me but now I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes to Germain where I know I’ll be taken care of. You could’ve given me the oil change for free and I still would’ve been just as upset for my time wasted in the waiting room.
