I tried to get an oil change at 2 different Take 5 locations because they offer a lower price. Neither place was able to help me. I pulled in to this location and waited so long, I had yo call just to get their attention. The lone employee came out and told me that he had received an email that said one person was not allowed to work on cars alone. So I left. I tried again 5 days later and they put a sign out that says the same thing. How do you have a business open without enough staff to run it? Why have one person there just to turn all the customers away?

Updated Review: They could have ruined my vehicle. I got a mobile 1 oil change which was close to $130. The guys doing the oil change were nice and talkative. After leaving, I started seeing smoke coming from the back of my vehicle. At first I thought it was someone else, but after taking a turn I realized it was me, and immediately pulled over and shut down the engine. I do my own oil changes a lot of times, so I started looking to see what's going on with oil gushing everywhere. After some investigation, I realized they didn't tighten the oil filter, so oil was flying out all around it. I fixed it, added a some oil to bring it up to level and drove back. Since I stopped in time, there is no engine damage, but this shouldn't have happened. All I wanted was a refund, but they couldn't help me with that. They said they'd put it in the system that my next one will be free, but I have no proof of that, and I don't think I want to come back to see. Luckily I knew to stop, someone who doesn't know, or someone who may not have noticed the problem could have ended up with a seized engine. Original Review: The service here is great! The techs are good people, and are pleasant to talk to. Work was done quickly, efficient, and correct. Prices were a bit high, but that's my only complaint.

Gave them a second chance. Just don’t go here. First time I tried to go on a Saturday at noon and they were closed when they were supposed to open. Second time I came back and everything seemed fine after the change…until I noticed the oil on my driveway. I should have known something was up when these supposedly “experienced” professionals couldn’t find a matching oil filter, and didn’t even know where the filter was on my car. Anyways, They only hand tightened my oil filter. It leaked everywhere. A less savvy person wouldn’t have caught it and their engine could have been ruined. So, as a warning. DON’T GO HERE. Thankfully I caught it and tightened it when it was only a quart or so low. I’m about to just change it myself anyways because who knows what else they didn’t do correctly.

For an oil change station, you get in and out super fast. I recommend them over leaving your vehicle somewhere. Here, you don't even have to get out of our car. You just pull up in a lane, and they walk you through it all as they do it. Very nice employees. If you're in a time crunch or don't want to lose your car for several hours, just pull up to this place. No appointment necessary.

Never going back. A year ago I left a glowing review after bringing 3 of my vehicles in for an oil change in one day, including a historical diesel; which they had the filter for. Fast forward to now and it's a circus of nincompoops. I said regular oil (meaning conventional) they used synthetic blend. They said I would get an emailed receipt, I did not. They also made a mess changing the oil, so now there's a oil spot in my garage. The guy dropped the hood on the filter wrench, fortunately no damage, and when I left my truck started making the most annoying noise on the way home. It sounded like a pie tin was sitting on top of the engine. I immediately emailed my concerns to customer service and was met with radio silence, so I disputed the charge. They apparently still felt entitled to my money. Fortunately, whatever was making the obnoxious sound bounced out on a rough railroad about a week later. The moral of the story is, if they screw up your vehicle, you will be ignored by customer service and their employees aren't very competent. Valvoline is hit or miss on having filters and oil in stock, but at least they don't make a mess or damage things; I'll have to start going there again now that I see just how low the bar is elsewhere. Update: payment denied. Still never heard anything from customer service. Pathetic

The team had very little competency in their position, with me helping to complete the oil change out of my car and I had to internet search for the process. I was over charged for my oil change and the staff didn’t take my coupon. I asked twice and they said “use it next time”. I didn’t even get a chance to choose my oil change! Also, once I received my receipt they said they completed a tire exam and topped off fluids which they didn’t do! Very poor customer service and experience.

I have both vehicles oil changed regularly at Take 5. This day I was low on oil for some reason , they filled it back up no questions.. We tried to diagnosed why oil was so low . No leaks or sign of why . I will head to my mechanic to further diagnose. They were helpful , kind and careful and got me on my way, and probably saved me from a major breakdown. Thank you
