I highly recommend this shop. I had a dent in my hood that was more of an eye sore than anything. I got quotes from four different shops and theirs was the best. They were very flexible with my crazy schedule and got me in last minute. Once they started working on the dent, it became clear that paintless repair was not going to work due to the type of hood that I had. They were able to make it a little better but not completely gone. When they realized they couldn’t honor the service they agreed to, they repaired two additional dents that stuck out on the truck for free and didn’t charge me for the inconvenience. That’s more than respectable in my eyes and I don’t believe you’ll receive as good of service anywhere else in Columbus!

I was unfortunately side swiped by a drunk driver 20 minutes from home on the way back from a trip to Florida. Luka got me in within two days, truck was ready less than two weeks later. The workmanship is excellent quality and my truck looks better than ever. Communication from Courtney was excellent. The entire process was as simple as can be. They dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to. Seem less, pain free experience. Hopefully I don’t need body shop services again, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going.

Luka and Courtney was awesome. This is why I keep going back to fineline and have been doing so for thr past 10+ yrs. Always amazing service. Stayed 3 hours over on a Saturday to make sure I got my car back within the 2-3 weeks time frame I was given. I got it back in 2 weeks cuz they stayed over. I really appreciate the service from fineline. Also my car looks as good as it did when I drove it off the dealer lot

I took my car to fine line auto body and they did such a great job getting my car done in a timely manner, Luka and Courtney especially, as they dealt with my insurance and got me a rental car. Amazing service from top to bottom, if you need work done on your car make sure to visit them and check them out.

Note: As of right now they still have my car without keeping their promises. I will upgrade this review to higher star rating if they come through with the work I hired them for and that they assured me they could do. Details below... I recently took my 2016 Mazda Miata into Fine Line Auto Body to fix the front bumper (an animal tore it up) and to have other scratches and body dimples removed. Before handing Luca the job and my car keys, I asked him point blank if he was able to match the repainted parts with the rest of the vehicle and he assured me that it would be "no problem". That was the premise for giving them the job. Besides forgetting to quote me several parts that they needed to fix the bumper properly (which increased the cost by over $300), they repaired and painted the car in about a week. When Luca called to inform me that the vehicle was ready for pickup I asked him again how the vehicle turned out and if the paint job matches. He reassured me that everything was perfect. When I arrived (on a rainy day) it became blatantly obvious, to me and a friend of mine (who drove me over there), that they completely failed to match the color. The hood and the trunk lids (which they did not repaint) were a brighter greyish white than the painted parts. When I complained, Luca tried to convince me that this was normal and that "the color will blend in in a couple of months once exposed to the sun". I told him that I keep my car garaged and that paint doesn't blend with the car's original paint in a couple of months, even if I left it sitting outside. I was extremely disappointed and expressed to Luca that this was in clear violation of all his assurances, and not as agreed upon. Furthermore, I asked him why a professional like him wasted our time to come back to pick up the car with such a blatant color difference; especially after I asked him point blank on the phone if the colors came out matching?! After some back and forth, Luca asked me if I would be happy if they repainted the hood and the trunk to match the newly painted rest of the vehicle. I agreed and based on that I assumed that I would hear from Fine Line Auto within a week. About a week passed and I received a voicemail stating that I needed to come into the store. When I reached out to them to find out if the car was ready I was told that I needed to come in to speak to the district manager in person. I then called Luca for an explanation and was informed that the car had not been repainted as agreed and that they expected me to make another 20 minute trip to their store to talk in person with the district manager. I told him that there is nothing for me to discuss with the district manager since I was not going to accept the car as it was; especially since all interactions so far had been between the two of us and to please honor his word. I also explained that I was not going to request for a friend to yet again drive me back and forth for nearly an hour for something we can do over then phone. Since then, I left for Europe for two months and requested for the district manager to call me on my WhatsApp number. They said they would but yet again nothing... crickets!
