Turley Truck Services Introduce

Located at 21275 Rte 19 in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, Turley Truck Services operates as an Auto Repair Station with a significant emphasis on towing and recovery services, particularly for trucks and potentially other vehicles. With contact numbers (724) 452-9311 and +1 724-452-9311 readily available, they provide a crucial service for local users in need of roadside assistance and vehicle transportation. The name "Turley Truck Services" suggests a specialization in handling larger vehicles, but the customer reviews indicate their willingness and ability to assist with a broader range of towing needs.

While specific details about the repair shop environment aren't extensively described in the provided reviews, the strong positive feedback offers valuable insights into the operational culture and the customer experience at Turley Truck Services. The recurring themes of a "sweet lady" in the office and a helpful and professional tow truck operator ("Ray") suggest a customer-centric approach. The willingness of the staff to go above and beyond, such as the office lady (who also appears to be a tow truck driver named Joann) helping a customer clean out their car and assisting with insurance matters, indicates a level of care and dedication that extends beyond simply towing a vehicle. This suggests a friendly and supportive environment where customers can feel well-cared for during what can often be a stressful situation.

As an Auto Repair Station that prominently features "Truck Services" in its name and is praised for its towing capabilities, the services offered by Turley Truck Services likely encompass a range of both towing and general repair options. Their towing services appear to be a core part of their business, with the capacity to handle vehicles as large as a one-ton GMC, as indicated in one of the reviews. This suggests they possess the necessary equipment, including wreckers (one specifically mentioned as a "purple wrecker"), and skilled operators to manage various towing and recovery scenarios. Their services likely include emergency towing, accident recovery, and potentially transportation of vehicles for other reasons.

In addition to towing, being categorized as an "Auto Repair Station" implies that Turley Truck Services likely offers mechanical repair and maintenance services as well. While the reviews predominantly focus on their towing service, it's reasonable to infer that they have a garage or workshop where they can perform repairs on trucks and possibly other vehicles. This could include engine repairs, transmission services, brake work, electrical system diagnostics, and general maintenance to keep vehicles running smoothly. The combination of towing and repair services makes them a potentially valuable resource for local users who experience breakdowns or require post-towing repairs.

A significant feature highlighted in the customer reviews is the exceptional customer service provided by the staff at Turley Truck Services. The "sweet lady" in the office and the "Angel in Disguise" tow truck operator are specifically commended for their helpfulness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. The willingness to go the extra mile, such as assisting with cleaning a vehicle and dealing with insurance, demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction that sets them apart. This personal touch and genuine care can be a major draw for local users seeking reliable and trustworthy automotive assistance. The fact that customers feel blessed to work with them and describe them as a "super great group of people" speaks volumes about the positive experiences they provide.

Currently, the provided information does not include any specific promotional details or special offers from Turley Truck Services. However, the strong positive word-of-mouth and the emphasis on helpful and professional service can be considered a form of ongoing value for customers. Local users interested in their towing or repair services are encouraged to contact them directly via phone to inquire about their pricing and availability. Given their reputation for being helpful, they are likely to provide clear and transparent information regarding their services.

In conclusion, Turley Truck Services in Cranberry Township, PA, operates as an Auto Repair Station with a strong emphasis on providing reliable and professional towing services, particularly for trucks. The exceptionally positive customer reviews highlight their friendly and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist those in need. While the reviews primarily focus on their towing capabilities, their categorization as an Auto Repair Station suggests they likely offer mechanical repair services as well. For local users in Cranberry Twp and the surrounding areas in need of towing or potential truck repair services, Turley Truck Services appears to be a highly recommended choice based on their outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Turley Truck Services Customer Reviews

My husband Preston Shivers and I had to call for a wrecker due to Copart not being willing to load a 1 ton GMC. Spoke with the sweetest lady. She made sure Ray could use his "purple wrecker". When Ray came out, he was an "Angel in Disguise" . He and my husband figured out how to get the truck loaded. VERY Professional and just a Blessing to work with. Thank You Ray

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company, unfortunately, it wasn't under the greatest circumstances. After a family emergency, I left my car at the Indoor Dog park overnight and the owner had my car towed through Cranberry township police. Lucky for me they choose to use Turley Truck Services for their abandoned towing needs. Unlucky for me that I had been able to return to my car only to find out that it had been towed and that Turley's was closed for the day and through the weekend (As it was Friday when I returned to my vehicle) Not only did I have to pay a towing fee ($170) and a state abandonment fee ($56), but now I had to pay for 3 days of storage ($25/day)...all told I was out $301. Also, when I went to pick up my car, something they had to do to tow it left the car's ignition on and they drained my battery. Lucky I was able to get a jump from them so I could leave. Kenzie was very helpful! Glad I was able to retrieve my car and get on with my life.

We had a similar experience as Carleen Pierce. Our son was in an accident near Ellwood City and Turley was called by someone (I'm assuming the police). Our son's car had rolled upside down and we are very grateful to God that he lived through it. We went the next day to pay the tow company and they charged $600!!! That is just criminal. They definitely take advantage of people who are not aware of how much they charge. Our son was in shock right after the terrifying wreck and had no way of knowing who to call and his car was on the road and had to be moved right away. If you ever have an incident on the PA turnpike don't allow the police or anyone to call Turley Truck Service.

This towing company is the biggest group of criminals around. I can't believe the respectful police officers even call them or deal with such a shady group. They are so dishonest and can't keep their stories straight. I was charged 245.00 for a tow from 528 to RT 19 (5 miles). Wouldn't release my car because they don't deal with insurance and wanted cash. Came back next day and tried to charge 345.00. With all the cash they scam off people you would think they could afford teeth. The 3 freaks I had to deal had no teeth and poor hygiene. Poor customer service and shady............run
