Had a great experience, start to finish. Needed my brakes done, or so I assumed, and was correct! Lol reached out and made contact with Holly. She couldn’t have been nicer. She explained the process and then invited me in at my convenience. I had to change the appointment time a few times and she worked with me easily. It was an easy intake process and I was back out the door. Holly called later in the day to walk me through my options and provide a quote. It was more than fair and I agreed to have the work done. My car was finished the next day and I got a call from Doug. Doug was great to chat with and made it convenient for me to pick up my vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much!

This team is simply the best. They take great care of your car, give you great advice, save you money, never hard sell anything, and treat you with respect. I do multiple interstate road trips every year and I feel confident in their work on my car every time.

We brought my Mom's car in this week and it was the best experience we've ever had at an auto repair shop! We have a Nissan that had a leak and was hesitating on the road. Since Nissans are known to have transmission issues, we were very concerned. What could have easily been a stressful situation for us, felt more like we had went to a spa after visiting Tri-D. We received world-class service from the entire team. The fact that you are able to have a scheduled appointment time and receive one-on-one care already makes the experience a breeze. The mechanic, Bruce, was very easy-going and had innovative, straight-forward solutions for our issue. The car was fixed in just a few hours and drives like it's brand new. We are still in awe. The entire team, Bruce, Doug, and Holly, are all incredibly friendly and genuinely care about your experience. To top it off, the shop is immaculately clean, organized and beautiful, a comfortable place to be. We are so happy with the service that this will be our go-to shop for all future vehicle maintenance and repairs. I cannot recommend them enough! I'd give 10 stars if I could. I recently purchased a used vehicle and decided to have my oil change and inspection done at Tri-D Automotive. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The oil change and inspection were completed promtly, I found the cost to be more than fair. I recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car maintenance and repair.
