I have been going to this business for over 15 years. I must say now that it’s under new HONEST Management the place has went up tremendously. The guy Dwayne is reasonable and very trustworthy! You have to give this place a try!

I spent 40 years interacting with service technicians at work so I have some perspective on what makes a good service shop function, and Premier would fit my definition of a good service shop. I took them a 1981 Fiat 2000 spider that was experiencing a long list of issues. Some big (stalling and brake issues) some minor (replace the seat belts.) They fixed all of the issues I reported plus some other things they found. They got my approval before proceeding on any "additional" work. I thought the price was fair and the work quality was excellent. NOTE: If you want a cushy customer lounge and someone to get you a complimentary latte this is not your place. Take the time to get to know Bill (the owner mentioned in other reviews) and listen to his advice. I believe that you will find him to be skilled and proud of doing quality work at a fair price....but this is a no nonsense, no frills kind of place that is focused on doing good work...and I recommend it highly.

Do not waste your time with this business. Unless, you enjoy taking your hard earned money and spending it with someone who has no people skill, no respect for the customer and extremely rude. Not to mention, Bill Jordan will do things such as have your vehicle towed without you knowing it, and adding a surcharge to your bill for the credit card machine he uses to accept payments without telling you. So, if you want to experience a repair shop that's doesn't care about anything you say or you for that matter this is the right place. Despite the other reviews and his website. I think he's burnt out from dealing with people or maybe its just my people. Spend your money with someone who truly values you and your business. Beware and good luck!

Had worked performed by this shop mid year, 2017. Work was ok albeit rather pricey. Called a few months later when I was in town for a rather simple job to be performed. The owner has always conveyed a don't care attitude and did so on my last call. His shop appearance is not all that. No way I would recommend this business nor ever seek his advice or call upon the business for work. Too many other shops to consider.
