When I dropped off vehicle I was not offered to walk around with adjuster and note the damages. She didn't catch the light abrasion on the door so I told her and she said they would take care it, which they didn't. I was giving a quote which nearly double by time of pickup. I was told I'll be updated if there was a change in price and I never did. I did get updates about the delay for completion. Front bumper work was done and bumper was not painted, left with scratches, and sensors were not programmed. It appears that damaged sensors were reused. There was no attention to detail and everyone seem to be in a rush to get to the next job. A few things were corrected on the spot during pickup. However, fault sensors came on as soon as I drove down the road. Two days later I'm still waiting on a return call to schedule to have sensors calibrated or replaced.

Very upset after receiving my truck back, my truck is now doing something it never done before. My dashboard is blinking and I advise the shop and they said they didn’t do any repairs with my dashboard. Very disappointing, after receiving good service I thought I could trust this company with my vehicle turns out I can’t.

I enlisted this company to repair my car because it was recommended by two different people. It's a Kia which had been broken into and the column peeled although it was not stolen. The car had been left running because the would be thieves were run off. However by the time I reached my car I was informed by an officer that it had been left running but now it's off. I contacted my insurance company chose crash champions, they immediately came out and towed the car I was grateful. I informed the tow truck drivers that the car had been left running and that there was no more gas left so it shut off on its own. Crash champions had the car for about a week before they could get replacement parts. Once parts were received and replaced took another three or four days no problem. I was called and said the car was ready and that I could come pick it up and of course pay my deductible, but it was mentioned that they had to keep jump starting the car. I inquired why because the battery was fairly new. They gave no explanation. I went to retrieve the car and inquired about the battery as to why they kept jump starting it they said they didn't know why. I mentioned the car was on empty did you put any gas in it maybe that's why. They told me no but they would jump start it for me so that I could go to the gas station. I asked why would you keep jump starting the car seeing that there's no gas in it and I refuse to take it they said they would take it and put gas in it and that maybe I could get someone to jump start it when I needed it. I refuse to take the car and told them I will call my insurance company. They told me insurance companies normally do not pay for batteries I informed them again it's a fairly new battery less than 2 years old and left. The following day I received a phone call stating they had replaced my battery and that I owed a $41 betterment fee. I told them you said insurance companies would not replace the battery why did you proceed before notifying me. They said because the car had been left running that it probably drained the battery, I asked why didn't you say that in the first place and I would have told you I have a warranty on my battery. I asked them just to put my battery in the trunk and I'll come get my car and never recommend them to anyone ever because they were just going to send me off jumping my car and as soon as you turn it off it would not restart. I took my battery with a warranty back to the place I purchased it got a new one took the one out that they replaced it with which was inferior to the one I had purchased and sold it to get my money back. Other locations other than this one probably do good work and have better communication but this one at Bedford communication sucks. They never said for sure it was the battery because they did not have the equipment to check it and never asked if maybe I had a warranty on it after they took another 24 hours to say for sure it's the battery. For this added confusion and headache is the reason for the rating.

Customer service was excellent. Weekly updates on when vehicle would be ready was excellent .The repairs was completed at time that was stated and the repairs was excellent!!!!WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE THAT I KNOW!!! THANKS FOR EVERTHING!!!

I was a victim of a hit and run .my insurance company suggested crash champions, so I agreed, did a walk thru with the crash champions team and pointed out what was to be done ,in addition I had a area from the hit and run that was to be done, and they also said for $50 ,more they will buff out a area and a couple of other areas, but when my car was complete ,I did a walk around and the areas agreed upon were not touched , and she did a quick buff and touch up in the parking lot.,then when I got the car home I was unable to lock or unlock my doors with my key fob ,so I had to be late for work the next day and bring the car back which they admitted was their mistake and was able to fix in less than 30 minutes, the body work was great .but unfortunately the overall customer experience was not for the inconvenience of having to go back up there for my key fob, and the empty promise of what was going to get done and what did not get done, also they said I would be receiving a text to rate them which I never got it so I'm rating now , for employee to be more conscious of work ethics and coustomer satisfaction .
