I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Bedford Heights. The whole team of people were awesome! Their communication and actual repairs to my car are on point. Crystal is one of the nicest ladies you’ll ever meet and is really good at her job, I must say. She kept me up to date every chance she could with my car and where it was in the repair process. I am so pleased with my whole experience. My car looks great and the customer service is awesome from everyone I got to meet. Thank you so much to everyone that worked on my car and made it look brand new again! Plus, they left me with a full tank of gas which was such a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated as well. Caliber Collision in Bedford Heights is the place to go!

Outstanding customer service! Mark and staff truly seemed to care about 100% Customer satisfaction. I preferred text communication. Great updates the entire process on my vehicle. Mark made my car look brand new. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid and did some detailing inside the car. Also, the car rental process was all coordinated by Caliber- super helpful!! Highly recommend!

Caliber Collision was great! They did an awesome job and they got the job done in good timing. They also returned my car detailed and gave it a car wash. They kept me informed and finished the job by the date that they gave me. I am very pleased with their service!

My experience with Caliber was exceptional. I was informed almost on a daily basis the status of the repairs. They even handled notifying the car rental agent of the time of pickup and drop off. I was very satisfied with the repairs and the cleaning of my car. I would highly recommend their services.

Very knowledgeable professional staff. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience in a very stressful time. Jim kept me updated every step of the way. It was an absolute pleasure to have him handling my car needs. I felt secure knowing he was on top of it. Larkeese did a fabulous job cleaning my vehicle looks like I just drove it off the lot again. So happy with this automotive center. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know in need.
