This place is phenomenal. I research every collision center in the Cleveland area and traveled to numerous ones in search of a place that would adequately repair my mother's vehicle. Scott Kimmel and the front desk staff at Mayfield Collision center gave me good vibes from the first meeting and they did not disappoint. They did a headlamp and dent repair without having to paint anything, thereby avoiding a repair bill in the $2000 range. The car looks pristine, and even my mother was impressed, which is not an easy task to do.

I can't say enough about Scott K. and the staff at Mayfield Collision Center of Bedford Heights. Ultimately, my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company, but Scott and the technicians diligently worked, over a weeks time, to determine whether or not my car could be repaired. They were extremely accommodating and understanding; walking me through photos, as well as personally showing me the damage to my car's frame. The customer service is top notch!

This is "next door" business. Arrived with already approved by auto-insurance repair quote for $3428.99 (before tax) repair cost, that could be done at dealership. Because of COVID-19 virus this office do not let come inside - customers have to stay outside waiting for someone comes out. There were four males + 1 female visible inside the office thru the panoramic window: two men in relax watched something on cell phone screens, two other were doing something else. Within 26 minutes I was told 3 times "Someone will come to meet in few moments". I was waiting - and - waiting - and - waiting - .... for 26 minutes. They simply ignored me. Worst place to come. I drove away to dealership. Never ever come back and not recommend this business for its awful service. Worst place.

I need to give a shoutout to this business. I stopped by to ask a question about a broken clip. Not only did they tighten the remaining clip, they removed duct tape and polished off the goo. The gent also educated me on how to handle it if the panel got loose. I asked how much I owed them, and they said it was free. I especially appreciated how they treated me with respect and appreciated the knowledge I had about my car walking in the door. I am now their customer for life.
