The attention to detail is what this dealer gives for your money. Knowing your vehicle well enough to understand when there are problems. I'm not sure if they lowered their prices, it everyone else raised theirs, but oil change was cheaper than where I used to go, and the tire price on the AT's I like were cheaper and that included an alignment. I would have given 5 stars, but they need to learn to estimate times better. 4 tires and alignment was supposed to be up to 3 hours if anything went awry, and there were no issues, but my 8am appointment didn't finish until 1145.

Great crew. Had dash lights Come on the dash. Traveling through the area, live out of town. No charge to reset the codes and to check it out. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience going to morristown Toyota, Bradley in the service department is so nice and well versed in all things car related, he isn't pushy when it comes to purchasing service's he just let you know what is recommended and what you need and let's the customer make the choice what is best for them and their vehicle at that time. I will definitely continue going back as long as he is there.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. They took 1.5 hours, no complaints. Waiting area was nice, tv, internet, coffee, water, tea offered. Price for service was lower than past Toyota dealerships I have been in. Nice staff members, didn't try to oversell but offered suggestions. Can book appointments online.
