We just had our 2023 Tucson serviced at Tarr Hyundai in Morristown. We had made an appointment for later in the day but since we were in the area earlier we checked to see if they could work us in sooner. We spoke with Dawn and as always she was very kind and professional! She was able to work us in and we were on our way quickly. No complaints with Dawn or Tarr Hyundai!!! We will definitely continue to use Tarr Hyundai service department and hoping Dawn will always be there when we do!!!!

The work is good but the haggle over warranty was prevelant in about half the customers waiting. You need to make sure you know what it pertains before you arrive!

Our car was in service for two weeks on a manufacturing warranty. Was told the vehicle would be complete by Tuesday, when we called on Friday the service manager Nick had forgotten about our car. Promised to get the cast back to us before the end of the day with no charges due to the manufacture's warranty. Arrived to pick up car and was charged for an oil change which we did not request but were told was required.
