Arrived for a 15k service on my 2024 Nissan Sentra we bought from this location and a few other services. Everyone was friendly upon my arrival. I had an issue with my seatbelt and I had a white spot on top of the car I wanted checked cause I didn’t know what it was. The service advisor acted like he didn’t care and said “we’re going to leave this one as it is”. Whatever that meant. I wanted to show him the issues and he didn’t want to get up to go 20 feet to the car to show him. I stated I wanted my tires rotated and balanced as well. He then said what about an oil change. I said the Nissan manual says every 10k for an oil change and they said it was 7500. Nissan says one thing this dealer says another. I did talk to the service manager he was apologetic and of course still wanted my business. I pressed him and asked what kind of oil they use and he said MOBIL 1. What….. a Nissan dealer uses Mobil 1 and not Nissan brand??? I left and will not be back. Please be aware this dealership service department does not follow NISSAN protocol. The car buying experience was great in Morristown!!! Service not so much.

Employees were amazing and helped me with my two kiddos. They also did all the servicing I needed on my vehicle and what they couldn't finish due to me needing to leave, they gave me a quote and scheduled me another appointment. 10/10 a great place!!

Friendly staff, clean waiting area with coffee and water, and they really go out of the way to help. We have bought three vehicles from here and have the service done here also. Would 100% recommend coming here for a vehicle and or service.
