Body shop was great and took care of me. I was very impressed and would suggest them 100%. I wish the same could have been said for Todd Wenzel in hudsonville after my Malibu got totaled. Around 10 phones calls and couldn't get my original sales person or the sales manager to return my call.

Brought my Mercedes there on a recommendation from my insurance company. Poor communication. They said they would have a loaner then couldn’t find one. But the main reason for the 1 star is the workmanship is poor. I waited 90 days to review. Paint is peeling. Bumper doesn’t line up. Go somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience with Todd Wenzel collision center. I was helped by Dave, the main manager of the place. Dave lied to the insurance guy, he also deceived me in the process of getting my truck back on the road. Also, I brought my truck in with a full tank of gas - it was on empty when I picked it up. Finally, I decided to call the owner Todd Wenzel but was sent to a dummy line that just kept ringing without the option to leave a voicemail. I would not recommend this place to anyone, avoid at all costs.
