Visited here for an insurance-related repair as well as a non-insurance repair and had a great experience from start to finish. Initial estimate took under 15 minutes, then after a quick review I approved the work and was able to get in their calendar a few weeks from the initial estimate. Dropped the car off ahead of a vacation and was able to pick it up right after and everything was completed on time and looks great. They did a nice job communicating over the phone and answering the couple times I called and there was always someone available at the front desk when I walked in. Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend.

Customer service was a bit lukewarm on the initial visit for a quote. But they were able to get my vehicle in for repair within 1.5 weeks time. They had a great turnaround time (only took three days), and they were very friendly and helpful once my vehicle was in for repairs. Everything looks great now. They even wiped down the inside console and cleaned the floor mats. Obviously, going to the dealership is a bit more expensive than other places ( I got a quote from one other place that was cheaper), but they were still relatively competitive. Thanks so much!

I hit a deer and damaged the front end of my Lexus. I brought it in for an estimate and they ordered the parts and had the car in at the time promised and it was done when promised. They kept me informed the entire time. When I picked up my car it looked brand new inside and out! I didn’t expect it to be detailed! I’m beyond happy!
