I am in love this this collision center! Not only were they able to get my vehicle in fast but they also got everything set with my insurance company. Veronica kept me up to date with everything. We picked up the vehicle and the inside (which was disgusting due to pop being spilled from the collision and kids) was all cleaned up and looking like new. They worked fast and efficient and I appreciate everything they did to get my vehicle back to me.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Berger collision center. I dropped off my Bolt EUV for repairs and was excited to pick it up, only to find that there were noticeable uneven gaps and some parts weren't properly snapped in place. When I brought this to the attention of a worker, he acknowledged the issue but insisted that it was fine. This lack of attention to detail and dismissive attitude was frustrating, especially considering I was paying for their expertise. Despite my concerns, the worker seemed uninterested in addressing the problem, even responding with a sarcastic remark when I suggested they take another look saying “ it’s just plastic these days” “what do you want me to do? Glue it?” I had higher expectations for the quality of work and customer service from a Chevrolet shop, and this experience has left me disappointed and questioning their commitment to delivering proper repairs. In the end he took it back in and brought it back out with the gaps and parts properly fixed and attached.
