The weirdest thing happened where my car's key fob suddenly stopped working no apparent reason while my car was being diagnosed for other issues. I hadn't had any issues with my key fob since replacing the battery 3 years ago. They wanted $265.81 to fix it. I said no and checked my key fob after leaving the dealership. They placed the battery in upside down. Not sure if they were attempting to scam me out of $265 or just made a very profitable for them mistake, but either way, concerning.
