Multiple terrible experience's here. I ordered wheels they give me a delivery date they don't show up. Call to see why my wheels never showed they say idk guess they didn't make they truck. So then I have to call and explain to my customer that their vehicle has to stay an extra day due to the wheel not showing up. Quit charging so much if you have such low standards

AWFUL!!!!!! My business ordered a part on a Friday, to have it delivered on Monday, to install on a customers vehicle. Not only did they not show up to deliver our part, they lied to us twice about what time it would be here, and the last time I called, at 5:37pm on Monday, they were closed so no one was there to answer the phone to give me any answers or explanations. My second time calling Keystone, they told me they tried to contact the delivery driver and could not get a hold of him. So now I have an angry customer on my hands that just wants to drive his vehicle home. These people are a joke!!

Paint wasn't mixed right & was accused of tampering with the paint to make it seem like their fault. Old guy there acted like he was perfect at his job & was very rude. Told us he wouldn't sell us paint anymore as if he was the owner. Horrible service

Great for sheet metal. But the warehouse people don't know a thing about the body shop supplies. They send you the wrong supplies all the time.
